Circuit operation

Electronic time & warning indication system (ETWIS)<BR>

The electronic time and alarm control module operates the chime and controls the timing functions for the
chime, seat belts indicator, rear defroster, and power door locks.
Battery voltage is always applied from the "ROOM (10A)" fuse to the electronic time and alarm control module
through R wire, which is grounded permanently through terminal S(B). With the ignition switch "ON", battery
voltage is applied from "METER(10A)" fuse to terminal M(Y) of ETWIS through Y wire. For details and usage of
the various input and outputs, refer to the system indicated in the schematic.
