1. While holding the secondary oil pump shaft with a hex driver, remove the oil pump driven

gear nut.

2. Remove the oil pump driven gear.

"L" present, the nut and shaft have left hand threads. Service
the nut accordingly.

3. Remove the oil pump drive gear and crank sensor reluctor assembly.

IMPORTANT: Do not damage the crankshaft sensor reluctor teeth.

4. Remove the oil pump bolts.

5. Remove the oil pump.

6. Remove the O-ring and discard.

1. Drain the fuel from the fuel filter.

1. Attach drain tube to fuel filter drain tap.

2. Place open end of drain tube into a suitable container.

3. Open fuel filter drain, and allow fuel to drain.

4. Close fuel filter drain.

5. Remove drain tube.

6. Properly dispose of used fuel.
