CONDITION & POSSIBLE CAUSE
CORRECTION
Excessive Noise
Loose pump-to-drive assembly screws
Tighten screws
Loose tube on pump assembly
Tighten tube
Valves not functioning properly
Replace valves
Oil Leakage
Loose end plug
Tighten end plug
Bad seal crimp
Remove and re-crimp
seal
