Perform neutral position adjustment of steering angle sensor. Refer to

Check brake fluid level in brake reservoir tank before starting inspection.
1.
CONNECTOR INSPECTION
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect combination meter and brake fluid level switch connectors.
3. Check connectors and terminals for deformation, disconnection, looseness or damage.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
>> GO TO 2
NO
>> Repair or replace as necessary.
2.
CHECK BRAKE FLUID LEVEL SWITCH
Perform the brake fluid level switch component inspection. Refer to
BRC-83, "Component Inspection"
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
>> GO TO 3
NO
>> Replace brake fluid level switch. Refer to
BRC-9, "Brake Fluid Level Switch"

CHECK BRAKE FLUID LEVEL SWITCH HARNESS
1. Check continuity between combination meter connector and brake fluid level switch connector E40 termi-
nal 1.
2. Check continuity between combination meter connector and ground.
