HEATER CORE

1.

Remove LH instrument lower panel (LHD).

2.

Remove glove box (RHD). Refer to

IP-12, "Removal and Installation"

.

3.

Remove LH foot duct.

4.

Disconnect harness connectors, remove harness bracket (1).

5.

Remove air mix door motor fixing screw.

6.

Remove air mix door motor (4), from heater.

7.

Remove heater core pipes metal clip retainers (2).

CAUTION:

Use shop cloth and all other protection necessaries to
avoid damaging floor carpet.

8.

Remove heater pipes as shown.

9.

Pull to remove heater core.

INSTALLATION

Installation is basically the reverse order of removal.

• Push pawl (A).
• Push center ventilator grille from the back, to remove it.

CAUTION:

Use shop cloth and all other protection necessaries to avoid
damage.

INSTALLATION

Installation is basically the reverse order of removal.
