V、Tail Door Threshold Assembly

（I）Removal

1. Remove tail door threshold assembly

1). Open trunk cover, and take out spare tire cover plate;

2). Remove 5 expansion buckles of tail door threshold

assembly;

3). Pry buckles connecting to tail door threshold assembly and

vehicle body;

4). Take down tail door threshold assembly;

（II）Installation

1. Install tail door threshold assembly

1). Remove contact part of tail door sealing strip and tail door

threshold assembly, place tail door threshold assembly to

installation position, tighten buckles;

2). Install 5 expansion buckles of tail door threshold assembly,

and install tail door sealing strip;

3). Install spare tire cover plate and close trunk cover;

VI、Lower Trim Panel Assembly of A Pillar

（I）Removal

1. Remove front door threshold guard panel assembly Refer to "Front door threshold guard panel assembly"

2. Remove lower trim panel assembly of A pillar

1). Pry opening handle fastener of engine compartment cover

in lower trim panel of A pillar;

2). Pry 2 buckles connecting lower trim panel of A pillar and

vehicle body metal sheet, and take down lower trim panel

of A pillar;

（II）Installation

1. Install Lower trim panel assembly of A pillar

1). Remove contact part of door frame rubber strip of front side

vehicle door and lower trim panel assembly of A pillar,

and place lower trim panel assembly of A pillar to

installation position, tighten buckles, and install door

frame rubber strip of front side vehicle door;

2). Place opening handle fastener of engine compartment cover

to installation position, and tighten buckles;

2. Install front door threshold guard panel assembly

VII、Upper Trim Panel Assembly of A Pillar

（I）Removal

1. Remove upper trim panel assembly of A pillar

1). Pry plastic buckles and steel buckles connecting upper tirm

panel assembly of A pillar and vehicle body metal sheet;

2). Take down upper trim panel assembly of A pillar;

△ Note Don’t damage2 limiting position clamp angle in

lower part of upper trim panel assembly of A pillar.

（II）Installation

1. Install upper trim panel assembly of A pillar

1). Remove contact part of door frame rubber strip of front side

vehicle door and upper trim panel assembly of A pillar,

insert 2 limiting position clamp angle in lower part of

upper trim panel assembly of A pillar to matching groove,

align plastic buckles and steel buckles of upper trim panel

assembly of A pillar to open hole of vehicle body metal

sheet, press in and tighten, and install door frame rubber

strip of front side vehicle door;

△ Note When installing buckles of upper trim panel

assembly of A pillar, first tighten plastic buckles of upper

part of upper trim panel assembly of A pillar, and tighten

steel buckles.

△ Note

Method of removal and installation of left and

right upper trim panel assembly of A pillar are the same.

VIII、Lower Trim Panel Assembly of B Pillar

（I）Removal

1. Remove front door threshold guard panel assembly Refer to "Front door threshold guard panel assembly"

2. Remove rear threshold guard panel assembly Refer to "Rear threshold guard panel assembly"

3. Remove lower trim panel assembly of B pillar

1). Pry buckles connecting lower trim panel assembly of B

pillar and vehicle body;

2). Take down lower trim panel assembly of B pillar;

△ Note

It needs to adjust front seat position when

removing lower trim panel assembly of B pillar to be

convenient to remove lower trim panel assembly of B

pillar.

（II）Installation

1. Install lower trim panel assembly of B pillar

1). Remove contact part of door frame rubber strip of front/rear

door side vehicle door and lower trim panel assembly of B

pillar, place lower trim panel assembly of B pillar to

installation position, tighten buckles, and install door

frame rubber strip of front/rear door side vehicle door;

2. Install rear threshold guard panel assembly

3. Install front door threshold guard panel assembly

IX、Upper Trim Panel Assembly of B Pillar

（I）Removal

1. Remove front door threshold guard panel assembly Refer to "Front door threshold guard panel assembly"

2. Remove rear threshold guard panel assembly Refer to "Rear threshold guard panel assembly"

3. Remove lower trim panel assembly of B pillar Refer to "Lower trim panel assembly of B pillar"

4. Remove upper trim panel assembly of B pillar

1). Move trim cover in lower fixed point of safety belt upward

along fabric belt, and expose whole lower fixed point, and

then remove fixed bolt of lower fixed point;

2). Pry 3 buckles connecting upper trim panel assembly of B

pillar and vehicle body;

3). Take down upper trim panel assembly of B pillar;

（II）Installation

1. Install upper trim panel assembly of B pillar

1). Cross removed end of safety belt to upper trim panel

assembly of B pillar;

2). Remove contact part of door frame rubber strip of front/rear

side vehicle door and upper trim panel assembly of B

pillar, place upper trim panel assembly of B pillar to

installation position, tighten buckles, and install door

frame rubber strip of front/rear side vehicle door;

3). Tighten lower fixed bolt of safety belt;

Tighten torque

45~55N·m

2. Install lower trim panel assembly of B pillar

3. Install rear threshold guard panel assembly

4. Install front door threshold guard panel assembly

X、Lower Trim Panel Assembly of C Pillar

（I）Removal

1. Remove rear threshold guard panel assembly Refer to "Rear threshold guard panel assembly"

2. Remove rear seat cushion assembly Refer to "Rear seat cushion assembly"

3. Remove rear seat backrest assembly Refer to "Rear seat backrest assembly"

4. Remove lower fixed bracket assembly of rear seat backrest

1). Remove 2 fixed bolts connecting lower fixed bracket

assembly of rear seat backrest and vehicle body;

2). Take down lower fixed bracket assembly of rear seat

backrest;

5. Remove lower trim panel assembly of C pillar

1). Remove 2 fixed bolts connecting lower trim panel assembly

of C pillar and vehicle body;

2). Pry connection of lower trim panel assembly of C pillar and

vehicle body;

3). Take down lower trim panel assembly of C pillar;

（II）Installation

1. Install lower trim panel assembly of C pillar

1). Remove contact part of door frame rubber strip of rear side

vehicle door and lower trim panel assembly of C pillar,

place lower trim panel assembly of C pillar to installation

position, and tighten buckles;

2). Tighten 2 fixed bolts connecting to lower trim panel

assembly of C pillar and vehicle body;

3). Install door frame rubber strip of rear side vehicle door;

2. Install lower fixed bracket assembly of rear seat backrest

1). Place lower fixed bracket assembly of rear seat backrest to

installation position;

2). Tighten 2 fixed bolts connecting fixed bracket and vehicle

body;

Tighten torque

22~29N·m

3. Install rear seat backrest assembly

4. Install rear seat cushion assembly

5. Install rear door threshold panel

XI、Upper Trim Panel Assembly of C Pillar

（I）Remove

1. Remove rear threshold guard panel assembly Refer to "Rear threshold guard panel assembly"

2. Remove rear seat cushion assembly Refer to "Rear seat cushion assembly"

3. Remove rear seat backrest assembly Refer to "Rear seat backrest assembly"

4. Remove lower fixed bracket assembly of rear seat backrest Refer to " Lower trim panel assembly of C pillar"

5. Remove lower trim panel assembly of C pillar Refer to "Lower trim panel assembly of C pillar"

6. Remove upper trim panel assembly of C pillar

1). Remove fixed bolt of lower fixed point of rear safety belt;

2). Remove 2 fixed bolt connecting upper trim panel assembly

of C pillar and vehicle body;

3). Pry 8 buckles connecting upper trim panel assembly of C

pillar and vehicle body;

4). Disconnect connection of trunk light and upper trim panel

assembly of C pillar;

5). Take down upper trim panel assembly of C pillar;

（II）Installation

1. Install upper trim panel assembly of C pillar

1). Connect connection of upper trim panel assembly of C

pillar and trunk light;

2). Remove contact part of door frame rubber strip of rear side

vehicle door, tail door sealing strip and upper trim panel

assembly of C pillar, place upper trim panel assembly of

C pillar to installation position, and tighten buckles;

3). Tighten 2 fixed bolts, and install door frame rubber strip of

rear side vehicle door and tail door sealing strip;

4). Tighten lower fixed point bolt of rear safety belt;

Tighten torque

45~55N·m

2. Install lower trim panel assembly of C pillar

3. Install lower fixed bracket assembly of rear seat backrest

4. Install rear seat backrest assembly

5. Install rear seat cushion assembly

6. Install rear door threshold guard panel assembly

XII、Front Door Inclined Handle

（I）Removal

1. Remove front door inclined handle

1). Pry outer panel of front door inclined handle assembly;

2). Remove 7 fixed bolts of inner panel of front door inclined

handle;

3). Take down front door inclined handle;

（II）Installation

1. Install front door inclined handle

1). Place front door inclined handle to installation position;

2). Tighten 7 fixed bolts of front door inclined handle;

3). Place outer panel of front door inclined handle to

installation position;

4). Tighten buckles;

XIII、Front Door Handle

（I）Removal

1. Open engine compartment cover

2. Disconnect battery negative electrode

3. Remove front door inclined handle Refer to "Front door inclined handle"

4. Remove front door handle

1). Pry connection of front door handle and front door trim

panel;

2). Disconnect wiring harness connector, and take down front

door handle;

（II）Installation

1. Install front door handle

1). Install wiring harness connector;

2). Place front door handle to installation position of vehicle

door, and tighten buckles;

2. Install front door inclined handle

3. Connect battery negative electrode

4. Close engine compartment cover

XIV、Front Door Trim Panel Assembly

（I）Removal

1. Open engine compartment cover

2. Disconnect battery negative electrode

3. Remove front door triangle window cover plate assembly

1). Pry buckles connecting front door triangle window cover

plate and front door metal sheet;

2). Take down front door triangle window cover plate

assembly;

4. Remove front door trim panel assembly

1). Pry inner handle bolt cover of front door;

2). Remove fixed bolt in bolt cover;

3). Pry outer panel of inclined handle and take down outer

panel of inclined handle;

4). Remove 3 fixed bolt

① connecting inner panel of inclined

handle and front vehicle door;

5). Remove 2 fixed bolts connecting lower part of front door

trim panel assembly and front vehicle door;

6). Pry 8 buckles connecting front door trim panel and vehicle

body;

7). Disconnect opening handle wiredrawing and inner lock

handle wiredrawing in front door;

8). Disconnect connecting wiring harness of window regulator

device main control switch;

9). Take down front door trim panel assembly;
