3. Fill in engine oil
4. Install the front left cover of engine
5. Install the front right cover of engine
6. Connect the cathode wires of battery
7. Close the engine hood
IX. Engine oil dipstick tube components
(I) Disassembly
1. Open the engine hood
2. Disconnect the cathode wires of battery
3. Dismantle the dipstick tube components
1). Pull out the dipstick

2). Screw off the fixed bolts
3). Take down the dipstick tube components
(II) Installation
1. Install the dipstick tube components
1). Install the fixed bolts
Tightening torque 8.4±0.6 N•m

2). Insert the dipstick
2. Connect the cathode wires of battery
3. Close the engine hood
X. Oil pump assy
(I) Disassembly
1. Open the engine hood
2. Disconnect the cathode wires of battery
3. Release the pressure of fuel system
4. Dismantle the front left cover of engine
5. Dismantle the front right cover of engine
6. Drain out the clutch oil
7. Drain out the transmission oil
8. Drain out the engine oil
9. Drain out the coolant
10. Recycle the refrigerant and refrigerant oil.
11. Dismantle the air intake manifold

12. Dismantle the tubes and expansion valve assy
13. Dismantle the water inlet and outlet tube assy
14. Dismantle the air filter
15. Dismantle the battery

17. Dismantle the reversing light switch

19. Dismantle the starter
20. Dismantle the front left wheel

35. Dismantle the suction filter
36. Dismantle the cylinder head cover components
37. Dismantle the front oil seal of crankshaft
38. Dismantle the sprocket housing cover.
1). Screw off the 15 fixed bolts and take down the sprocket housing cover.
39. Dismantle the oil pump assy
1). Screw off the 3 fixed bolts.
2). Screw off the 4 fixed nuts
3). Take down the oil pump assy
(II) Installation
1. Install the oil pump assy
1). Align the oil pump assy with the mounting holes and screw into the bolts and nuts
2). Tighten the fixed bolts

3). Tighten the fixed nuts
2. Install the sprocket housing cover
1). Clean the surface free from engine oil and dirt and smear the sealing glue of KANGNING 3-0115
according to the instruction of the below diagram.
The strip diameter is 2mm±0.5mm at place A and the strip diameter is 1.5mm±0.5mm at place B.
2). Align the sprocket housing cover with mounting holes and tighten the bolts according to the below

Tightening torque Small bolt (8.4±0.6) N•m
3. Install the front oil seal of crankshaft
4. Install the cylinder head cover components

6. Install the oil sump assy

8. Install the belt pulley of crankshaft
9. Install the water pump
10. Install the belt pulley of water pump
11. Install the idler
12. Install the compressor assy

、Summary
(I)structure overview
System description
Intake system is composed of water pump, thermostat components, water temperature sensor, water pipe, radiator, cooling
fan assembly, expansion tank assembly (with overflow pipe), etc.

、Radiator: it is the cooling component of cooling system, release
the heat of cooling liquid into air.

、Cooling fan introduction: cooling fan assembly can
improve the air volume going through the radiator,
increase radiating efficiency.

、expansion tank
The main function of expansion tank assembly (with overflow pipe) is to provide expansion space for cooling liquid,
release the air in the cooling liquid and the vapor caused from heated engine timely, so the radiation function can be used
efficiently to improve cooling efficiency.
(II)system principle
Cooling system description
Small recycle
When thermal load of engine is small, water pump, as power source, pushes cooling liquid flow through cylinder, cylinder
cover, and finally go back to water pump, which forms small recycle.
Big recycle
When thermal load of engine is big, thermostat opens, water pump sucks cooling liquid into engine and compress, flow
through cylinder, cylinder cover, thermostat, water pipe and then into radiator, after cooling down, cooling liquid will flow
back to water pump.
Thermostat : the open and close of thermostat is decided by the temperature of its surrounding cooling liquid, when
temperature gradually increases, thermostat opens until fully, at the same time, engine cooling liquid changes from small
recycle into big recycle.
