INSTALLATION
All vehicles with driver and passenger side air
bags must have a colored coded five Bullet point air
bag warning label applied to the sun visor, verify
label availability and ensure the label is installed.
(1) Place sun visor in position on vehicle.
(2) Connect illuminated vanity mirror wire connec-
tor into body harness.
(3) Place sun visor in position on roof.
(4) Install screws to hold sun visor to roof header
(Fig. 51).
(5) Engage sun visor into center support.
SUN VISOR SUPPORT
REMOVAL
(1) Disengage sun visor from support.
(2) Remove screw holding support to roof header
(Fig. 52).
(3) Remove sun visor support from vehicle.
INSTALLATION
(1) Place sun visor support in position on vehicle.
(2) Install screw holding support to roof header
(Fig. 52).
(3) Engage sun visor into support.
SECOND ROW DOOR COVER
HANDLE AND EMERGENCY
RELEASE
REMOVAL
(1) Raise second row door cover (Fig. 53).
(2) Attach to the handle is a emergency release
strap (Fig. 54).

(3) Remove two screws attaching the handle cover
(Fig. 55).
(4) Remove handle cover and disengage the emer-
gency release strap (Fig. 56).
(5) Move emergency release strap towards center
of vehicle and disengage strap (Fig. 57) and (Fig. 58).
(6) Remove handle and emergency release strap
from vehicle.

INSTALLATION
(1) Place emergency release strap into position
(Fig. 59).
(2) Move emergency release strap outward and to
engage strap (Fig. 60).
(3) Engage the emergency release strap and han-
dle cover over handle latch (Fig. 61).
(4) Install two screws attaching the handle cover
(Fig. 62).
(5) Close second row door cover (Fig. 63).

OVERHEAD RAIL CONSOLE
SYSTEM
REMOVAL
(1) Disconnect and isolate the battery negative
cable.
(2) Remove storage compartments.
(3) Remove rear heater / A/C control unit, using
fingers grasp the top edge of control unit at the head-
liner and pull downward to release tabs (Fig. 64).
(4) Disconnect rear heater / A/C control unit wire
connectors.
(5) Open DVD player screen (Fig. 65).
(6) Remove four nuts attaching DVD player to the
overhead rail console system (Fig. 66).
(7) Disconnect DVD player wire connector.
(8) Remove four screws in the rail to remove DVD
mounting bracket, if necessary (Fig. 67).
Remove front console, using fingers grasp the top
edge of the front console at the headliner and pull
downward to release tabs (Fig. 68).
(9) Remove rail filler cover, by starting in rail
opening and pulling downward to release from rail
(Fig. 69).
