Chrysler Town, Dodge Caravan. Manual — part 901
Symptom:
INCOMPLETE POWER OPEN - TRANSISTOR SHORTED
When Monitored and Set Condition:
INCOMPLETE POWER OPEN - TRANSISTOR SHORTED
When Monitored:
Whenever the power liftgate is performing a power open operation.
Set Condition:
The Power Liftgate Module detects that the motor is rotating (monitors
hall effect pulses) even though the controlled PWM rate is 0 percent. This DTC is set
during the power open (2 second chime period, prior to movement of the liftgate) operation.
