FRONT DOOR GLASS

Reconnect power window main switch.

7.

Fully close front door glass.

8.

Disengage front door glass run

from front door lower sash

.

9.

Remove front door lower sash mounting bolt

.

10. Disengage front door lower sash from open part of front door panel as shown by the arrow in the figure.

11. Remove front door lower sash from open part of front door panel as shown by the arrow in the figure.

INSTALLATION

Note the following items, and then install in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:

• Make sure that front door lower sash and front door sash

(door panel side) are engaged.

• Make sure that front door glass run are engaged to front door lower sash and front door sash (door

panel side).

• Tighten front door regulator mounting bolts to the specified torque. Refer to

GW-38, "Exploded

View"

REMOVAL

CAUTION:

Never damage front door glass and front door panel.

1.

Remove front door inside handle. Refer to the following.
• Type 1: Refer to

DLK-303, "INSIDE HANDLE : Removal and Installation"

.

• Type 2: Refer to

DLK-611, "INSIDE HANDLE : Removal and Installation"

.

• Type 3: Refer to

DLK-774, "INSIDE HANDLE : Removal and Installation"

.

• Type 4: Refer to

DLK-916, "INSIDE HANDLE : Removal and Installation"

.

2.

Disconnect door mirror harness connector

and BSW indicator

harness connector

.

NOTE:
As per BSW indicator harness connector, only with BSW indica-
tor can be applied.

3.

Remove BSW indicator harness connector fixing clip

, door

mirror harness connector fixing clips

and harness fixing clip

.

NOTE:
As per BSW indicator harness connector, only with BSW indica-
tor can be applied.

4.

Disconnect front door speaker harness connector

, and then

remove harness fixing clip

.

5.

Cut butyl-tape inside of front door sealing screen by using cutter knife (A).

CAUTION:

Cut the butyl-tape so that remain on front door sealing screen, if the front door sealing screen is
reused.

6.

Reconnect power window main switch.

7.

Fully close front door glass.

8.

Remove front door glass run lower sash mounting bolt

.

Disengage front door glass run lower sash from open part of front door panel as shown by the arrow in the
figure.

10. Remove front door glass run lower sash from open part of front door panel as shown by the arrow in the

figure.

INSTALLATION

Note the following items, and then install in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:

• Make sure that front door glass run lower sash and front door

sash (door panel side) are engaged.

• Make sure that front door glass run are engaged to front door glass run lower sash and front door

sash (door panel side).

• Tighten front door regulator mounting bolts to the specified torque. Refer to

GW-38, "Exploded

View"
