Circuit operation
Battery voltage is always applied to the terminal C(R) of AUDIO throgh "ROOM (10A)" fuse. With the ignition
switch in "ACC" or "ON", battery voltage is applied to the terminal A(O) of AUDIO through the "AUDIO (10A)"
fuse. Battery voltage is always applied to the terminal C(R) of AUDIO through "ROOM (10A)" fuse of the
memory related functions, which retains the station presets when the AUDIO is turned OFF. The AUDIO has
amplifier and supplies the signal directly to the speakers. The AUDIO is grounded permanently at terminal
B(B).

DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION
The vehicle is equipped with one horn mounted behind front bumper near the center. Operation of horn is
controlled by aswitch (horn button) located on steering wheel. Electrical power from positive side of battery is
applied to a horn relaylocated in the engine compartment fuse box. When horn button is pressed, horn relay is
energized, and electrical power is directed through the switch in the horn relay to the horn. The circuit is
completed by grounding the horn, andthe hornsounds. When the horn button is released, springs force button
upward to open horn switch. This is also knownas a momentary switch. When this occurs, the relay is
de-energized and horn operation stops.
Circuit operation
Battery voltage is always applied to one side of the horn relay coil through the "HORN (15A)" fuse. With the
horn switch pressed, the other side of the horn coil is grounded through the W/G wire, and horn switch. When
the relay is energized, the normally open contacts of the horn relay closes, allowing battery voltage is applied to
the horn through the "HORN (15A)" fuse, horn relay and L wire. The horn sounds for pressing the horn switch.
