IV、Rear Side Vehicle Door Lock and Fastener Assembly

（I）Removal

1. Open engine compartment cover

2. Disconnect battery negative electrode

3. Remove rear door triangle window cover plate assembly Refer to "Rear door trim panel assembly "

4. Remove rear door trim panel assembly Refer to "Rear door trim panel assembly "

5. Remove installation bracket of rear door handle panel Refer to "Waterproof membrane of rear vehicle door "

6. Remove waterproof membrane of rear vehicle door Refer to "Waterproof membrane of rear vehicle door "

7. Remove window guide groove of rear side vehicle door Refer to "Window guide groove of rear side vehicle door "

8. Remove rear side vehicle door lock and fastener assembly

1). Remove 3 fixed bolts connecting side vehicle door lock and

fastener assembly and vehicle door;

2). Disconnect wiring harness connector of rear side vehicle

door lock and fastener assembly;

3). Disconnect connection of rear side vehicle door outer open

wiredrawing assembly and vehicle door;

4). Take down rear side vehicle door lock and fastener

assembly;

（II）Check

1. Check rear side vehicle door lock and fastener assembly;

1). Check whether riveting parts of lock and movement parts spread lubricant;

2). Check whether riveting parts are fastened;

3). Check there is clamping, abnormal sound in movement parts;

4). Check whether coat-painting layer and chemistry treatment layer of metal components are even, whether there is obvious

fault;

（III）Installation

1. Install rear side vehicle door lock and fastener assembly

1). Place rear side vehicle door lock and fastener assembly to

installation position, and tighten 3 fixed bolts connecting

rear side vehicle door lock and fastener assembly and

vehicle door;

Tighten torque

7~9N·m

2). Connect wiring harness connector of rear side vehicle door

lock and fastener assembly;

3). Install rear side vehicle outer opening wiredrawing to

relative position of vehicle door;

△ Note Check whether door can open and close normally

after installing, whether door lock is firmly. If not, please

re-install or adjust.

2. Install window guide groove of rear side vehicle door

3. Install waterproof membrane of rear vehicle door

4. Install installation bracket of rear door handle panel

5. Install rear door trim panel assembly

6. Install rear door triangle window cover plate assembly

7. Connect battery negative electrode

8. Close engine compartment cover

V、Tail Door Lock Assembly

（I）Removal

1. Open engine compartment cover

2. Disconnect battery negative electrode

3. Remove tail door trim panel assembly Refer to "Tail door trim panel assembly "

4. Remove tail door lock assembly

1). Remove 3 fixed bolts of tail door lock assembly;

2). Disconnect wiring harness connector of tail door lock

assembly from inside of tail door;

3). Take down tail door lock assembly;

（II）Installation

1. Install tail door lock assembly

1). Place tail door lock assembly to installation position, and

connect wiring harness connector from inside of vehicle

door;

2). Tighten 3 fixed bolts of tail door lock assembly;

Tighten torque

7~11N·m

2. Install tail door trim panel assembly

3. Connect battery negative electrode

4. Close engine compartment cover

VI、Tail Door Lock Hook

（I）Removal

1. Remove tail door threshold assembly

2. Remove tail door lock hook

1). Remove 2 fixed bolts of tail door lock hook;

2). Take down tail door lock hook;

（II）Installation

1. Install tail door lock hook

1). Place tail door lock hook to installation position, and tighten

2 fixed bolts;

Tighten torque

20~30N·m

2. Install tail door threshold assembly
