IV、Fixed Bracket of Front Bumper

（I）Removal

1. Open engine compartment cover

2. Disconnect battery negative electrode

3. Remove upper cover plate of front bumper Refer to "Upper cover plate of front bumper"

4. Remove front bumper assembly Refer to "Front bumper assembly"

5. Remove fixed bracket of front bumper

1). Remove fixed bolt ① and fixed bolt ② of fixed bracket

of front bumper, disconnect buckle, and take down fixed

bracket of front bumper;

（II）Installation

1. Install fixed bracket of front bumper

1). Place fixed bracket of front bumper to installation position,

and tighten fixed bolts

Tighten torque

9~11N·m

2). Tighten the other fixed bolt

② of fixed bracket of front

bumper;

Tighten torque

9~11N·m

2. Install front bumper assembly

3. Install upper cover plate of front bumper

4. Connect battery negative electrode

5. Close engine compartment cover

V、Front Bumper Beam Assembly

（I）Removal

1. Open engine compartment cover

2. Disconnect battery negative electrode

3. Remove upper cover plate of front bumper Refer to "Upper cover plate of front bumper"

4. Remove front bumper assembly Refer to "Front bumper assembly"

5. Remove front bumper beam assembly

1). Remove 5 fixed bolts both in left and right side of front

bumper beam assembly, and take down front bumper

beam assembly;

（II）Installation

1. Install front bumper beam assembly

1). Place front bumper beam assembly and front frame

assembly to installation position, tighten 5 fixed bolts both

in left and right side;

Tighten torque

20~25N·m

2. Installfront bumper assembly

3. Installupper cover plate of front bumper

4. Connect battery negative electrode

5. Close engine compartment cover

VI、Front Frame Assembly

（I）Removal

1. Open engine compartment cover

2. Disconnect battery negative electrode

3. Remove upper cover plate of front bumper Refer to "Upper cover plate of front bumper"

4. Remove front bumper assembly Refer to "Front bumper assembly"

5. Recycle refrigerant, refrigeration oil Refer to "Refrigerant, refrigeration oil"

6. Discharge engine coolant Refer to "Engine coolant"

7. Remove coolant pot assembly Refer to "Coolant pot assembly"

8. Remove radiator ventilation hose Refer to "Radiator ventilation hose"

9. Remove engine left front hood Refer to "Engine front hood"

10. Remove engine right front hood Refer to "Engine front hood"

11. Remove front combination light assembly (left/right) Refer to "Front combination light assembly"

12. Remove radiator fan assembly Refer to "Radiator fan assembly"

13. Remove radiator assembly Refer to "Radiator assembly"

14. Remove condenser assembly Refer to "Condenser assembly"

15. Remove high pitch horn assembly Refer to "High pitch horn assembly"

16. Remove front frame assembly

1). Remove 4 fixed bolts both in left and right side of front

frame assembly, and take down front bumper beam

assembly and front frame assembly;

2). Remove fixed bolt both in left and right side of front

bumper beam, separate front bumper beam assembly and

front frame assembly;

（II）Installation

1. Install front frame assembly

1). Install front bumper beam assembly and front frame

assembly, and tighten fixed bolts both in left and right

side;

2). Place front bumper beam assembly and front frame

assembly to installation position, and tighten 4 fixed bolts

both in left and right side;

Tighten torque 20~25N·m

2. Install high pitch horn assembly

3. Install condenser assembly

4. Install radiator assembly

5. Install radiator fan assembly

6. Install front combination light assembly (left/right)

7. Install engine right front hood

8. Install engine left front hood

9. Install radiator ventilation hose

10. Install coolant pot assembly

11. Fill engine coolant

12. Fill refrigerant, refrigeration oil

13. Install front bumper assembly

14. Install upper cover plate of front bumper

15. Connect battery negative electrode

16. Close engine compartment cover

VII、Rear Bumper Assembly

（I）Remove

△Note Bumper is made of resin, please don’t force operation, and avoid to contact with oil. Don’t scratch surface of bumper when

removing.

1. Open engine compartment cover

2. Disconnect battery negative electrode

3. Remove rear side wall combination light assembly (left/right) Refer to "Rear side wall combination light assembly"

4. Remove rear bumper assembly

1). Remove expansion buckle and fixed bolt both in left and

right side of upper part of rear bumper assembly;

2). Remove 3 expansion buckles

① and fixed bolt ② in

both left and right side of rear bumper and rear wheel

cover;

3). Remove 3 expansion buckles in lower part of rear bumper.

Handle lower flange of rear bumper and pull outward to

separate bumper and vehicle body metal sheet, insert flat

head screwdriver in gap, disconnect connection of bumper

bracket and lower flange of bumper from down to up, and

disconnect connection of bumper and bumper bracket;

4). Disconnect wiring harness connector of rear bumper, and

take down rear bumper assembly;

（II）Installation

1. Install rear bumper assembly

1). Connect wiring harness connector of rear bumper, connect

flange of rear bumper and bracket, and install 3 expansion

buckles in lower part of bumper;

△Note When installing front bumper, connect it to bumper

fixed bracket in place. After installing, check whether

there is surface difference and gap in fitting position of

bumper and vehicle body.

2). Install expansion buckle and fixed bolt both in left and right

side of upper part of bumper;

3). Install 3 expansion buckles and fixed bolts both in left and

right side of rear bumper;

2. Install rear side wall combination light assembly (left/right)

3. Connect battery negative electrode

4. Close engine compartment cover

VIII、Fixed Bracket of Rear Bumper

（I）Removal

1. Open engine compartment cover

2. Disconnect battery negative electrode

3. Remove rear side wall combination light assembly (left/right) Refer to "Rear side wall combination light assembly"

4. Remove rear bumper assembly Refer to "Rear bumper assembly"

5. Remove fixed bracket of rear bumper

1). Pry buckles connecting fixed bracket of rear bumper and

vehicle body, and take down fixed bracket of rear bumper;

（II）Installation

1. Install fixed bracket of rear bumper

1). Place fixed bracket of rear bumper to installation position,

and tighten buckles;

2. Install rear bumper assembly

3. Install rear side wall combination light assembly (left/right)

4. Connect battery negative electrode

5. Close engine compartment cover

IX、Rear Bumper Beam Assembly

（I）Removal

1. Open engine compartment cover

2. Disconnect battery negative electrode

3. Remove rear side wall combination light assembly (left/right) Refer to "Rear side wall combination light assembly"

4. Remove rear bumper assembly Refer to "Rear bumper assembly"

5. Remove rear bumper beam assembly

1). Remove 2 fixed nuts both in left and right side of bumper

beam;

2). Take down bumper beam;

（II）Install

1. Install rear bumper beam assembly

1). Place rear bumper beam assembly to installation position,

pre-install 2 fixed nuts both in left and right side;

2). Tighten 2 fixed nuts both in left and right side;

Tighten torque

20~25N·m

2. Install rear bumper assembly

3. Install rear side wall combination light assembly (left/right)

4. Connect battery negative electrode

5. Close engine compartment cover

X、Installation Plate of Front License Plate

（I）Removal

1. Remove installation plate of front license plate

1). Remove 6 fixed bolts of installation plate of front license

plate, and take down installation plate of front license

plate;

（II）Installation

1. Install installation plate of front license plate

1). Place installation plate of front license plate to installation

position, and tighten 6 fixed bolts;

（III）Maintenance Note

(1).

Protect the spare parts that need to be dismantled with cloth from damage before dismantling and installing spare parts;

(2). Encase edge of screw driver with cloth before dismantling mental clip from interior trim;

(3). Please use professional tools to dismantle interior parts, otherwise the car body could be damaged;

(4). When installing the interior parts

， confirm the clips be mounted in the panel hole properly, then press them down carefully.

(5). If the spare parts installing cannot be completed by one people, help from another people is need in case of falling;

(6). Please do not apply excessive force when dismantling and installing these interior parts to avoid deformation.

II、Steering Column Jacketing

（I）Removal

1. Remove steering column jacketing

1). Rotate steering wheel 90° anticlockwise, and remove left

fixed bolt of steering column jacketing;

2). Rotate steering wheel 180° anticlockwise, and remove right

fixed bolt of steering column jacketing;

3). Remove lower jacketing fixed bolt of steering column;

4). Adjust adjusting rod of steering column to the lowest,

disconnect buckles of lower guard panel of dashboard,

disconnect buckles of upper and lower jacketing of

steering column, and take down upper/lower jacketing

separately;

（II）Installation

1. Install steering column jacketing

1). Install upper and lower jacketing of steering column and

tighten buckles, and install lower guard panel of

dashboard in place;

2). Tighten fixed bolt of lower jacketing of steering column;

Tighten torque 1.4N·m

3). Rotate steering wheel 90° anticlockwise, and tighten left

fixed bolt of steering column jacketing;

Tighten torque 1.4N·m

4). Rotate steering wheel 180° anticlockwise, and tighten right

fixed bolt of steering column jacketing;

Tighten torque 1.4N·m

III、Front Door Threshold Guard Panel Assembly

（I）Removal

1. Remove front door threshold guard panel assembly

1). Disconnect connection of front end of front door threshold

guard panel assembly and lower trim panel of A pillar;

2). Disconnect 3 buckles of front door threshold guard panel

assembly and vehicle body metal sheet;

3). Disconnect connection of rear part of front door threshold

guard panel assembly and lower trim panel of B pillar;

4). Take down front door threshold guard panel assembly;

（II）Installation

1. Install front door threshold guard panel assembly

1). Place front door threshold guard panel assembly to

installation position, and tighten buckles in every

connection point;

△ Note

Method of removal and installation of left and

right front door threshold guard panel assembly are the

same.

IV、Rear Threshold Guard Panel Assembly

（I）Removal

1. Remove rear threshold guard panel assembly

1). Disconnect connection of front end of rear door threshold

guard panel assembly and lower trim panel of B pillar;

2). Disconnect buckle of rear door threshold guard panel

assembly and vehicle body metal sheet;

3). Disconnect connection of rear part of rear door threshold

guard panel assembly and lower trim panel of C pillar;

4). Take down rear door threshold guard panel assembly;

（II）Installation

1. Install rear threshold guard panel assembly

1). Place rear door threshold guard panel assembly to

installation position, and tighten buckles;

△ Note Method of removal and installation of left and right

rear door threshold guard panel assembly are the same.
