(III) Attention matters for service

1. It needs to hoist the corresponding end of transmission and engine by jack when changing the left and right
mounting.

2. It needs to remove and disconnect the connection tubes, wires of engine before removing the left and right
mounting when dismantling the power train.

3. The rubber parts of mounting system shall avoid from contacting with lubricants like brake fluid, engine oil,

power steering fluid, transmission oil, lubricating grease, coolant, gasoline/diesel and degreaser, if get

contacted, clean it immediately.

4. Not recommend the second use of the nuts with sawtooth and the bolts with washer.

5. Check if the tightening torque of fastener meets with standard after assembly.

III. The rear engine mounting assy

(I) Disassembly

1. Open the engine hood

2. Detach from the cathode of battery, referring to the disconnection and connection of the battery wires.

3. Dismantle the rear mounting assy of engine

1). Dismantle the connection bolt of the rear engine

mounting and its bracket after hoisting the car.

2). Dismantle the fixed bolt of the rear engine mounting

and subframe then take down the rear mounting.

(II) Check

1. Check the rear engine mounting assy

1). Check if the rubber lining has crack, damage or aging.

2). Check if the skeleton of mounting lining has deformation or damage.

(III) Installation

1. Install the rear engine mounting assy

1). Install the fixed bolt of

the rear engine mounting and subframe

Tightening torque: 130~150 N·m

Install the connection bolt of the rear engine mounting and its
bracket

Tightening torque: 120~140 N·m

2. Connect the cathode wires of battery

3. Close the engine hood

IV. The rear engine mounting connection bracket

(I) Disassembly

1. Open the engine hood

2. Disconnect the cathode wire of battery, referring to the disconnection and connection of the battery wires.

3. Dismantle the connection bracket of the rear engine mounting

1). Dismantle the connection bolt of the rear engine

mounting and its bracket after hoisting the car.

2). Dismantle the 2 fixed bolts of the rear engine

mounting bracket and transmission then take down
the bracket.

(II) Check

1. Check the connection bracket of the rear engine mounting

1). Check if it has deformation or damage

(III) Installation

1. Install the connection bracket of the rear engine mounting

1) Install the connection bracket of the rear engine mounting

And the fixed bolt of transmission.

拧紧力矩 Tightening torque: 70~80 N·m

2).Install the connection bolt of the rear engine mounting and its
bracket

Tightening torque: 120~140 N.·m

2. Connect the cathode wire of battery

3. Close engine hood

V. The left engine mounting assy

(I) Disassembly

1. Open the engine hood

2. Disconnect the cathode wire of battery. Refer to the connection and disconnection of battery wires.

3. Dismantle the left mounting assy of engine

1). Dismantle the connection bolt of

battery tray and fuse box.

2). Screw off the 2 connection bolt and 1 nut of the left

engine mounting and its bracket.

3). Screw off the 3 bolts of the left engine mounting

and the vehicle body then take down the left engine
mounting.

(II) Check

1. Check the left engine mounting assy

1). Check if the rubber lining has crack, damage or aging.

2). Check if the skeleton of mounting lining has deformation or damage.

(III)Installation

1. Install the left engine mounting assy

1). Install the

Connection bolt and nut of the left engine mounting and vehicle

Body.

Tightening torque: 50~60N·m

2). Install the connection bolt and nut of the left engine
mounting and its bracket.

Tightening torque: 55~65N·m

2. Connect the cathode wires of battery.

3. Close engine hood.

VI. The left engine mounting connection bracket

(I) Disassembly

1. Open engine hood.

2. Disconnect the cathode wire of battery. Refer to the connection and disconnection of battery wires.

3. Dismantle the connection bracket of the left engine mounting

1). Screw off the 2 bolts and 1 nut of the left engine mounting and its bracket.

2). Screw off the 1 bolt and 2 nuts of the left engine

mounting bracket and transmission.

(II) Check

1. Check the connection bracket of the left engine mounting

1).Check if the bracket has doformation or damage

(III) Installation

1. Install the connection bracket of the left engine mounting.

1). Install the

Connection bolt and nut of the left engine mounting bracket

And transmission.

Tightening torque: 70~80 N·m

2). Install the connection bolt and nut of the left engine mounting
and its bracket.

Tightening torque: 55~65 N·m

2. Connect the cathode wire of battery.

3. Close the engine hood.

(VII) The right engine mounting assy

(I) Disassembly

1. Open engine hood.

2. Disconnect the cathode wire of battery. Refer to the connection and disconnection of battery wires.

3. Dismantle the right engine mounting assy.

1).Screw off

2 connection bolts and 2 nuts of the right engine mounting and

Engine.

2). Screw off the 3 bolts of the right engine mounting

and vehicle body then take down the right engine
mounting.

(II) Check

1. Check the right engine mounting assy

1). Check if the hydraulic mounting has crack, damage, leakage or aging.

2). Check if the skeleton of mounting lining and bracket has deformation or damage.

(III) Installation

1. Install the right engine mounting assy

1). Install the connection bolt

Of the right engine mounting and vehicle body.

Tightening torque: 50~60 N·m

2). Install the connection bolt and nut of the right engine mounting
And engine.

Tightening torque: 55~65 N·m

2. Connect the cathode wire of battery.

3. Close the engine hood.
