VI、Rearview Mirror Regulating Switch

（I）Removal

1. Open engine cabin cover

2. Disconnect battery negative electrode Refer to “Disconnection and connection of battery electrode”

3. Remove left front door threshold guard panel assembly Refer to “Left front door threshold guard panel assembly”

4. Remove left front side vehicle door frame rubber strip Refer to “Vehicle door frame rubber strip”

5. Remove lower trim panel of A pillar Refer to “Lower trim panel of A pillar”

6. Remove dashboard left end cover Refer to “Dashboard left end cover”

7. Remove lower guard panel assembly of driver’s side Refer to “Lower guard panel assembly of driver’s side”
8. Remove rearview regulating switch

1). Disconnect jack catch of rearview regulating switch and

lower guard panel assembly of driver’s side, and take

down rearview regulating switch from behind side;

（II）Installation

1. Install rearview regulating switch

1). Install rearview regulating switch from behind side, and

ensure jack catch is connected in place;

2. Install lower guard panel assembly of driver’s side

3. Install dashboard left end cover

4. Install lower trim panel of A pillar

5. Install left front side vehicle door frame rubber strip

6. Install left front door threshold guard panel assembly

7. Connect battery negative electrode

8. Close engine cabin cover

VII、Window Regulator Main Control Switch Assembly

（I）Removal

1. Open engine cabin cover

2. Disconnect battery negative electrode Refer to “Disconnection and connection of battery electrode”

3. Remove left front door inclined handle Refer to “Front door inclined handle”

4. Remove left front door handle Refer to “Right door handle”

5. Remove window regulator main control switch assembly

1). Pry 6 buckles of window regulator main control switch

assembly, disconnect connection of window regulator

main control switch assembly and switch panel, and take

down window regulator main control switch assembly;

（II）Installation

1. Install window regulator main control switch assembly

1). Install window regulator main control switch assembly to

left front door switch panel, and ensure to be installed in

place;

△ Note Check whether all buttons function are normal after

installing. If not or can’t work, please re-install or

replace.

2. Install left front door handle

3. Install left front door inclined handle

4. Connect battery negative electrode

5. Close engine cabin cover

VIII、Window Regulator Switch

（I）Removal

1. Open engine cabin cover

2. Disconnect battery negative electrode Refer to “Disconnection and connection of battery electrode”

3. Remove right front door inclined handle Refer to “Front door inclined handle”

4. Remove right front door handle Refer to “Right door handle”

5. Remove window regulator switch

1). Remove 2 fixed bolts of window regulator switch;

2). Take down window regulator switch;

（II）Installation

1. Install window regulator switch

1). Place window regulator switch to installation position, and

tighten 2 fixed bolts of window regulator switch;

2. Install right front door handle

3. Install right front door inclined handle

4. Connect battery negative electrode

5. Close engine cabin cover

IX、Tail Door Switch Assembly

（I）Removal

1. Open rear tail door

2. Open engine cabin cover

3. Disconnect battery negative electrode Refer to “Disconnection and connection of battery electrode”

4. Remove tail door trim panel assembly Refer to “Tail door trim panel assembly”

5. Remove tail door switch assembly

1). Disconnect wiring harness connector ① of tail door switch;

2). Remove fixed bracket ② of tail door switch assembly;

3). Take down tail door switch assembly from outside vehicle;

（II）Installation

1. Install tail door switch assembly

1). Place tail door switch assembly to installation hole, and install

fixed bracket ② of tail door switch assembly;

2). Connect wiring harness connector ① of tail door switch

assembly;

2. Install tail door trim panel assembly

3. Close rear tail door

4. Connect battery negative electrode

5. Close engine cabin cover

X、Warning Light Switch

（I）Removal

1. Open engine cabin cover

2. Disconnect battery negative electrode Refer to “Disconnection and connection of battery electrode”

3. Remove central right side trim panel assembly Refer to “Central right side trim panel assembly”

4. Remove warning light switch

1). Disconnect jack catch of warning light switch and central

right side trim panel assembly, and take down warning

light switch from front side;

（II）Installation

1. Install warning light switch

1). Install warning light switch from front side, and ensure jack

catch is installed in place;

2. Install central right side trim panel assembly

3. Connect battery negative electrode

4. Close engine cabin cover

XI、Headlight Height Regulating Switch

（I）Removal

1. Open engine cabin cover

2. Disconnect battery negative electrode Refer to “Disconnection and connection of battery electrode”

3. Remove left front door threshold guard panel assembly Refer to “Left front door threshold guard panel assembly”

4. Remove left front side vehicle door frame rubber strip Refer to “Vehicle door frame rubber strip”

5. Remove lower trim panel of A pillar Refer to “Lower trim panel of A pillar”

6. Remove dashboard left end cover Refer to “Dashboard left end cover”

7. Remove lower guard panel assembly of driver’s side Refer to “Lower guard panel assembly of driver’s side”

8. Remove headlight height regulating switch

1). Disconnect jack catch of headlight height regulating switch

and lower guard panel assembly of driver’s side, and

take down headlight height regulating switch from front

side;

（II）Installation

1. Install headlight height regulating switch

1). Install headlight height regulating switch in front, and

ensure jack catch is connected in place;

2. Install lower guard panel assembly of driver’s side

3. Install dashboard left end cover

4. Install lower trim panel of A pillar

5. Install left front side vehicle door frame rubber strip

6. Install left front door threshold guard panel assembly

7. Connect battery negative electrode

8. Close engine cabin cover

XII、Light Regulating Switch

（I）Removal

1. Open engine cabin cover

2. Disconnect battery negative electrode Refer to “Disconnection and connection of battery electrode”

3. Remove left front door threshold guard panel assembly Refer to “Left front door threshold guard panel assembly”

4. Remove left front side vehicle door frame rubber strip Refer to “Vehicle door frame rubber strip”

5. Remove lower trim panel of A pillar Refer to “Lower trim panel of A pillar”

6. Remove dashboard left end cover Refer to “Dashboard left end cover”

7. Remove lower guard panel assembly of driver’s side Refer to “Lower guard panel assembly of driver’s side”

8. Remove light regulating switch

1). Disconnect jack catch of light regulating switch and lower

guard panel assembly of driver’s side, and take down

light regulating switch;

（II）Installation

1. Install light regulating switch

1). Install light regulating switch in front, and ensure jack catch

is connected in place;

2. Install lower guard panel assembly of driver’s side

3. Install dashboard left end cover

4. Install lower trim panel of A pillar

5. Install left front side vehicle door frame rubber strip

6. Install left front door threshold guard panel assembly

7. Connect battery negative electrode

8. Close engine cabin cover

XIII、Door Contact Switch

（I）Removal

1. Open engine cabin cover

2. Disconnect battery negative electrode

3. Remove door contact switch

1). Remove fixed bolt of door contact switch;

2). Disconnect wiring harness connector of door contact

switch, and take down door contact switch;

（II）Installation

1. Install door contact switch

1). Connect wiring harness connector of door contact switch,

and place door contact switch to installation position

hole;

2). Tighten fixed bolt of door contact switch;

Tighten torque

9~11N·m

2. Connect battery negative electrode

XIV、ESP Switch

（I）Removal

1. Open engine cabin cover

2. Disconnect battery negative electrode Refer to “Disconnection and connection of battery electrode”

3. Remove left front door threshold guard panel assembly Refer to “Left front door threshold guard panel assembly”

4. Remove left front side vehicle door frame rubber strip Refer to “Vehicle door frame rubber strip”

5. Remove lower trim panel of A pillar Refer to “Lower trim panel of A pillar”

1). Disconnect jack catch of ESP switch and lower guard panel

assembly of driver’s side, and take down ESP switch;

（II）Installation

1. Install ESP switch

1). Install ESP switch in front, and ensure jack catch is

connected in place.

2. Install lower guard panel assembly of driver’s side

3. Install dashboard left end cover

4. Install lower trim panel of A pillar

5. Install left front side vehicle door frame rubber strip

6. Install left front door threshold guard panel assembly

7. Connect battery negative electrode

8. Close engine cabin cover

（V）Maintenance Note

1. Must disconnect battery negative electrode and waiting for at least 1 min before removing electrical wiring harness connector,

or else it may damage vehicle.

2. When disassemble and assemble components, use cloth to protect disassembled components to prevent to be damaged.
3. When disassemble metal clips from trim, use cloth wrap screwdriver blade. Pay attention to not damage vehicle body

component.

4. When disassemble and assemble some components that one person can’t complete, need two person to operate to avoid drop.
5. Please don’t use too much power when disassemble some components, because it may cause component deformation.
6. Don’t let light bulb and rear cover disassemble too long time from light, because dust, moisture, fog etc. Entering into light

may infect light function. After disassemble light bulb in front combined light reflecting shade, please install new light bulb.

7. Light combination light is semi-closed type, and use replaceable halogen light bulb. Replacing light bulb can be operated in

engine cabin, but it’s better to replace after removing.

8. Don’t touch window casing, and only can handle plastic seat of light bulb when operating light bulb.
9. Don’t shake or turn light bulb when removing.
