5. Remove the connector position assurance (CPA) from the (1) steering wheel module yellow 2-way
connector (2) located left of the steering column near the knee bolster.
6. Disconnect the (1) steering wheel module yellow 2-way connector (2) located left of the steering column
near the knee bolster.

7. Remove the CPA from the (1) I/P module yellow 2-way connector (2) located behind the I/P module.
8. Disconnect the (1) I/P module yellow 2-way connector (2) located behind the I/P module.
Enabling Procedure

1. Remove the key from the ignition.

2. Connect the (1) steering wheel module yellow 2-way connector (2) located left of the steering column
near the knee bolster.
3. Install the CPA to the (1) steering wheel module yellow 2-way connector (2) located left of the steering

4. Connect the (1) I/P module yellow 2-way connector (2) located behind the I/P module.
5. Install the CPA (1) to the I/P module yellow 2-way connector (2) located behind the I/P module.
