1. CHECK NAVIGATION RECEIVER
a. Check if a disc can be changed, inserted, or ejected normally.
OK: Malfunction disappears.

a. Check that the disc is not deformed or cracked.

OK: No deformations or cracks on the disc.
NG: CHANGE DISC
OK: Go to next step
3. DISC CLEANING
a. If dirt is on the disc surface, wipe it clean with a soft cloth from the inside to the outside in a radial
direction.

4. CLEAR DTC
a. Clear the DTCs (see DTC CHECK / CLEAR ).
5. RECHECK DTC
NOTE:
Do not use a conventional record cleaner or antistatic preservative.

a. Recheck for DTCs and check if the same trouble occurs again.
OK: Malfunction disappears.
NG: Go to step 6

6. REPLACE DISC WITH ANOTHER AND RECHECK
a. Replace the disc with a normal one.
b. Clear the DTCs (see DTC CHECK / CLEAR ).
c. Recheck for DTCs and check if the same trouble occurs again.
OK: Malfunction disappears.
