REPLACE STUD BOLT
NOTICE:
If a stud bolt is deformed or the threads are damaged, replace it.

Using E5 and E7 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the stud bolts
b
Using E5 and E7 "TORX" socket wrench, install the new stud bolts
Torque: for stud bolt A

4.0 N*m (41 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf)
for stud bolt B
20 N*m (204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf)
for stud bolt C

INSTALL VALVE STEM OIL SEAL
a
Apply a light coat of engine oil to the valve stem oil seal
b
Using SST, push in a new valve stem oil seal
SST 09201-41020

INSTALL VALVE SPRING SEAT
a
Install the valve spring seat

STALL VALVE
a
Apply plenty of engine oil to the tip of the exhaust valve shown in the illustration
b
Place the cylinder head on a wooden block
c
Install the valve, inner compression spring and valve spring retainer to the cylinder head
REAR CRANKSHAFT OIL SEAL
COMPONENTS
NOTE:
HINT:
The intake valve stem oil seal is light brown and the exhaust valve stem oil
seal is gray.
