10. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT WITH NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

a. Install the duct with the 5 screws.

11. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL PIN

a. Install the 2 pins with the 2 screws.

12. INSTALL AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

a. Attach the 2 claws to install the sensor.

b. Connect the sensor connector.

INSTALLATION

HINT:

A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart (see SPECIFIED TORQUE FOR
STANDARD BOLTS ).

1. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL STAY

a. Attach the 5 claws to install the 5 stays.

2. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

a. Attach the 5 claws to install the instrument panel.

b. Install the 3 bolts and 2 nuts.

c. Install the 2 passenger airbag bolts.

Torque: 20 N*m (204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf)

d. Connect the connectors and attach the connectors to the clamps.

e. Install the wire harness with the bolt.

3. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD INSERT

a. Connect the connector.

b. Attach the 2 claws to install the safety pad.

c. Install the 4 bolts.
