REMOVAL
HINT:
Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
The procedures listed below are for the LH side.

When removing the moulding, heat the vehicle body and moulding using a heat light.
When replacing a clip, heat the vehicle body and clip using a heat light.
Standard heating temperature

1. REMOVE REAR ROOF DRIP SIDE FINISH MOULDING LH
a. Put protective tape around the moulding.
b. Using a heat light, heat the moulding.
c. Using a moulding remover, detach the clip and remove the moulding.
2. REMOVE ROOF DRIP SIDE FINISH MOULDING LH
a. Put protective tape around the moulding.

NOTE:
Do not heat the vehicle body, moulding and clip excessively.
NOTE:
Do not heat the moulding and vehicle body excessively.
NOTE:
Do not remove the clip from the vehicle body.
If the clip is damaged or removed accidentally, replace it.

b. Using a moulding remover, detach the clip and remove the moulding.

3. REMOVE ROOF DRIP SIDE FINISH MOULDING CLIP
HINT:
Perform the following procedure only if the clips are damaged or have come off the vehicle.
a. Remove the 2 roof drip side finish moulding clips.
NOTE:
Do not remove the clip from the vehicle body.
If the clip is damaged or removed accidentally, replace it.
