INSPECTION PROCEDURE
1. INSPECT PARK / NEUTRAL POSITION SWITCH
a. Disconnect the D35 switch connector.
b. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

c. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

1. CHECK COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY (SPEED SIGNAL)
a. Disconnect the J35 ECU connector.
b. Using an oscilloscope, check the signal waveform of the meter.

HINT:
As the vehicle speed increases, the wave length shortens.
