REMOVAL

CAUTION:

Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.

1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the driver seat

.

2. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH

(a) Raise the reclining adjuster release handle RH to reveal the claw.

(b) Using a screwdriver, detach the claw and remove the reclining

adjuster release handle RH.

HINT:

Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD RH

(a) Disconnect the 2 rubber bands.

SEAT: FRONT SEATBACK HEATER (for Manual Seat): REMOVAL; 20...

(b) Remove the 3 screws.

(c) Detach the guide, clip and 2 claws as indicated by the arrows in the order shown in the illustration to

remove the front seat cushion shield RH.

4. REMOVE FRONT INNER NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION SHIELD RH

(a) Remove the 2 screws.

(b) Detach the guide in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to remove the front inner

No. 1 seat cushion shield RH.

5. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the connector.
