Description and Operation
Overview of the additional air conditioning system
Control assembly, climate control - vehicles with additional air conditioning
system
The additional air conditioning system is only available on vehicles which are equipped with
automatic temperature control
On vehicles with additional air conditioning the top right button on the control assembly for
the climate control is used to switch on the additional air conditioning.
The additional air conditioning is controlled via the control assembly for climate control.

Vehicles with additional air conditioning and automatic temperature control have a
control assembly for climate control with the following button operated functions:
Switching the additional air conditioning on/off
Switching the air conditioning system on and off
Temperature adjustment for the driver's side / front passenger's side
Switching the windshield defrost function on and off
Switching the electronic automatic climate control and the dual mode on and off
Air distribution
Blower control
Switching off the dual automatic climate control
Recirculated air control
Auxiliary Climate Control - Fuel Fired Booster
