Quality Warranty
Instruction
Entire Vehicle Warranty
Each Chery QQ sedan can enjoy a
conditional quality warranty after
being sold by licensed dealer. Under
normal operation and maintenance
conditions, quality problems are within
warranty range during guarantee
period. Repairing fee is not on user
when QQ sedan is repaired at
CASS.
Chery QQ sedan has a guarantee
period of 24 months or an
accumulated mileage of 50,000 km,
which is subject to first reaching, valid
from the date of purchasing invoice.
During warranty, both vehicle and
parts problems are under warranty
promise with precondition of being
serviced as per specified
maintenance schedule. Do complete
repair, maintenance and service at
Chery authorized service station.

Guarantee Period

Damageable parts include: bulb,
glasses of entire, tire, front brake
friction plate, rear brake shoe, spark
plug, window glass wiper, clutch
friction plate.
Air filter, oil filter, and fuel filter are
NOT within claim range.
Normal lost lubricating oil, brake
fluid, coolant, washer fluid, and
refrigerant are NOT within claim
range.
Note
Guarantee period of special
parts and damageable parts is

subjected to first reaching one of
time and mileage. Other parts
guarantee period is the same with
the complete vehicle.
Warranty Range
Complying with the rules in
Maintenance & Service Manual and
Chery QQ Sedan Operation
Instruction, drive, maintain and
service sedan.
Quality defect or damage caused by
design, manufacturing, assembling or
raw material problems.
User should keep damaged parts and
state actual fact when user claims
quality warranty.
Replacement or repair of parts during
guarantee period cannot prolong
guarantee period.
All replaced parts must be returned to
Chery International of Chery
Automobile.
Unwarranted Range
Any of the following items is out of
quality warranty range.
Vehicle has been repaired by user or
repaired and maintained outside
CASS.
Vehicle has been installed
unauthorized parts or refitted.
Relevant parts damage caused by
unauthorized parts or self-refitting.
Damage caused by improper
operation, special circumstance,
special operation conditions and
traffic accident.
Economic and time loss caused by
vehicle fault (such as letting a car,
outdoor parking for a whole night etc.)
Normal checking and adjusting (oil
consumption, CO value, light, wheel
alignment checking and adjusting, tire
dynamic balance etc.)
Normal maintenance consumable
parts, such as lubricant, oil and
various filters.
Damageable parts (friction plate,
wiper blade, spark plug, tire, bulb etc.)
Indirect losses, such as parking
fee, expressway fee , travel
charge, accomodation fee, loss of
work delay etc., during user taking
quality warranty.

During entire vehicle warranty,
warranty of free replaced parts at
CASS will expire when entire vehicle
guarantee period concludes.
