III. Disassembly & assembly of the instrument wiring harness

(I).Preparation

Tools: Socket wrench, Phillips screwdriver, slotted screwdriver

(II) .Attentions

Cutting the power is a must when disassembling the

electric components & wiring harness

(III).

Disassembly steps

1. Disassemble the instrument panel (See the

disassembly of the instrument panel).

2. Take out the plug of the instrument relay (Firstly

unscrew fixing bolts at the center of the relay plug with

the socket wrench).

3. Take out other plug-in units of the instrument wiring

harness

3. Take out the 3 earthed plug-in units; take out the

instrument wiring harness assembly.

Notice: This earth is located below the left A pillar

and left side of the pedal.
