Section 1 Safety Precautions for A/C System

1.

Do not handle the refrigerant in the unventilated

location or near fire.

2.

Wear a safety goggle.

3.

Take care not to let the refrigerant liquid splash onto

your skin or into your eyes.

If the refrigerant splashes into your eyes or onto your

skin,

(a) wash them with cool clean water.

WARNING:

Do not wipe your eyes or skin.

(b) appropriately clean the oil on your skin.

(c) go to a hospital immediately and consult a doctor.

4.

Do not heat the container or place it near fire.

5.

Take care to move the refrigerant container gently so

as to prevent the container from being impacted by

the sharp objects.

6.

The refrigeration system shall fill with sufficient

refrigerant during outdoor use.

If an insufficient refrigerant level is detected in the

refrigeration system, the oil lubrication will be poor and

the compressor may be damaged. Thus, sufficient

refrigerant shall be added to the refrigeration system in

order to avoid the occurrence of the conditions above.

7.

Do not open the pressure combination vacuum valve

during the course of the operation of compressor.

If the high-pressure valve is left open, the refrigerant will

flow back into the refrigeration cycle and cause the

refrigerant

container

damaged.

Thus,

only

the

low-pressure valve can be opened / closed.

8.

Take care not to let the system (with refrigerant)

overloaded.
