spare
part’s
warranty,
i.e.,

warranty
will be
ended
along
with the
maturity
of the
said
spare
part’s
warranty.

Please
use,
repair
and
maintain
your
vehicle
according
to this
operating
instructio
n
manual.
And
along
with your
vehicle,

always
bring this
manual
that can
prove
your
vehicle
has been
overhaul
ed timely.

If the
owner
claims for
warranty
service
due to
defects
and
damages
caused
by
design,

manufact
ure and
assembly
,

or

because
of flaws
in

raw

material,
the
original
status of
the
damaged
parts
shall be
kept

to

clarify
what truly
happene
d.

The
replacem

ent and
repair for
parts
within
warranty
period
will not
extend
the
warranty
period for
complete
vehicle or
parts.

The
removed
parts
within
warranty
period
shall
belong to

Chery
Company
.

1) Faults
due to
repair or
maintena
nce done
by the
owner, or
repair
agencies
other
than
Chery
Authorize
d Service
Stations.

Damage
or failure
due to
mounting
unwarran
ted spare

parts or
unwarran
ted
refitting.

3) Faults
due to no
routine
check or
regular
maintena
nce
conducte
d

as

required,
or
malfuncti
ons
caused
by
overhaul
or
maintena

nce done
by
service
agencies
other
than
Chery
Authorize
d Service
Stations.

Caution:
To
ensure
proper
operating
condition
of this
vehicle,
the
owner
also has
the

responsib
ility for
necessar
y check
and
maintena
nce. For
example,
engine oil
has
crucial
functions
such as
lubricatin
g, cooling
the
engine
and rust
preventio
n, etc.
The
engine oil

in service
will be
gradually
contamin
ated,
corroded
or
degenera
ted. So
continue
for long-
term use
probably
results in
engine
burning.
And for
this kind
of failure
owing to
lack of
proper

overhaul,
Chery
Company
will

not

be liable
for
warranty
service.
This
instructio
n manual
stipulates
necessar
y items
for
overhaul,
after
carried
out such
items,
please
record

the
results of
overhaul
in this
instructio
n
manual,
and keep
it
carefully.
When
accepting
warranty
service,
you must
simultane
ously
present
this
instructio
n
manual.

4) Severe
failures
result
from the
problems
that
owner
shall
have
discovere
d and
handled,
but
ignored.
Hint: For
example,
in routine
inspectio
n, it has
been
found
that

engine oil
alarms,
or the
driver
feels
somethin
g
abnormal
(noise,
vibration)
, whereas
the
vehicle
has not
been
overhaul
ed in
time, but
continue
in service
till severe
failure

occurs.
5)
Failures
due to
not use
genuine
spare
parts or
specified
grease
(including
engine
oil, brake
fluid,
transmiss
ion oil,
and fuel).
Hint: The
prerequis
ite for this
warranty
is

to

properly
use
genuine
spare
parts and
specified
grease
so as to
ensure
the
normal
operating
of the
vehicle.
Therefore
, if use
non-
genuine
spare
parts, or
employ
genuine

spare
parts, but
not
applicabl
e to this
vehicle,
or
employ
the
grease
not
specified
in the
instructio
n
manual,
all may
influence
the
vehicle's
original
performa

nce and
decrease
its
durability.
Hint: For

example
, employ
oil filters
that are
not
specifie
d by
Chery
Compan
y and
then
result in
filter
blocking
and
bearing
burnt.

Malfuncti
ons due
to
improper
operation

overuse
under
extreme
condition

parts,

example,
clutch
disc) are
subject to
continuou
s wearing
along
with
driving
and
repeated
operating

addition,
spare
parts
such as
brake
disc and
so on
exercises

its
function
by
wearing
itself, and
those
consumpt
ive spare
parts for
daily
running,
grease
for
lubricatin
g and
cooling
effect
such as
engine oil
or cooling
water,
will be

substanti
ally
consume
d and
degenera
ted. The
paint
surface
of
exterior
vehicle

the

would
