When system pressure exceeds 220psi, high pressure switch closes and high-speed fan relay is
activated by earthing between pressure switch and air conditioner relay. Battery supplies
power to cooling fan motor through high-speed fan relay.
Section Four: Internal Circulation Electromagnetic Valve Circuit
I. Working Condition of Internal Circulation Electromagnetic Valve
Internal circulation switch is pressed down (please refer to circuit diagram in Section Five of
this Chapter).
II. Working Principles of Internal Circulation Electromagnetic Valve
When ignition switch is turned on, air conditioning blower relay coil is powered by wire X
and the contact of air conditioning blower fan is closed.
Press down internal circulation switch, battery supplies power to N63 internal circulation
electromagnetic valve through blower relay and internal circulation switch.

I. Working Condition of Blower
Blower switch has four ranges, and blower speed has four levels accordingly.

II. Working Principle of Blower
When blower switch is placed to range 1, pin 2 and pin 5 of blower switch are connected.
Battery supplies power to blower through blower switch and all four dropping resistors of
serially connected blower speed-regulating resistors to start blower working at the lowest
speed.
When bower switch is placed to range 2, pin 2 and pin 4 of blower switch are connected.
Battery supplies power to blower through blower switch and three dropping resistors of
serially connected blower speed-regulating resistors to start blower working at speed level 2.
When bower switch is placed to range 3, pin 2 and pin 3 of blower switch are connected.
Battery supplies power to blower through blower switch and two dropping resistors of serially
connected blower speed-regulating resistors to start blower working at speed level 3.
When bower switch is placed to range 4, air conditioner relay is activated. Battery supplies
power directly to blower through blower switch without passing through any dropping resistor
to start blower working at the highest speed.
