6 . Attach the front door window regulator and motor wiring harness.

CAUTION: Before making the mechanism run, check the bend of the front door window glass is correctly

aligned to its location to avoid any damage to the front door seal.

Fully raise and lower the front door window glass to make sure the front door window glass is correctly aligned to the front
door window glass aperture.

8 . If necessary, install shims to correctly align the front door window glass.

9 . Tighten the support bracket retaining nuts.

10 . Attach the front door window regulator and motor wiring harness relays.

11 . Tighten the retaining nut.

12 . Install the front door inner weathershield.

13 . Install the front door armour panel.

A: Install the retaining nuts.

B: Install the 50mm (1.97 inch) long retaining bolts.

C: Install the 20mm (0.79 inch) long retaining bolts.

D: Install the 25mm (0.98 inch) long retaining bolts.

14 . Install the front door handle release cable access panel.

Install the retaining screw.

15 . Install the exterior mirror access panel.

Install the retaining screws.

16 . Install the front door access panel.

Install the retaining nuts.

17 . Install the front door speaker.

18 . Connect the front door speaker electrical connector.

CAUTION: Protect the front door window glass and the front door window frame. Failure to follow this

instruction may result in damage to the vehicle.

Install the front door window glass seal.

20 . Install the front door trim panel.
