REFERENCE INFORMATION [CAR-NAVIGATION SYSTEM]
STARTING PROCEDURE FOR DIAGNOSTIC FUNCTION
1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
2. Press the MENU button.
3. Select "Navigation Set Up".
4. Select "Calibration".
5. Select "Map Version".
6. Press the upper left part of the screen 2 times, then press the lower left part 2 times.
7. Perform the following procedures according to the purpose of the item checked.

Microphone related signal inspection:
1. Press the "Menu" button on the "Diagnosis Check" screen.
2. Select "Navigation Check Menu".
3. Select "Microphone Check".

Indicates RDS-TMC system availability on the vehicle.

FINISHING PROCEDURE FOR DIAGNOSTIC FUNCTION
1. Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position.
2. Turn the ignition switch to the ACC or ON position.
3. Return to the normal screen.

Blue indicator: Sound is input from the microphone correctly.
Gray indicator: Sound is input from the microphone incorrectly.
3 Microphone level
Indicates the input level of the microphone using a bar graph.

PARKING BRAKE INSPECTION
1. Depress the parking brake pedal a few times.
2. Depress the brake pedal a few times.
3. Inspect the parking brake stroke by depressing the parking brake pedal with a force of 180 N {18.4 kgf,
40.5 lbf}.

PARKING BRAKE ADJUSTMENT
1. Turn the adjusting nut at the front of the parking cable.
2. After adjustment, inspect the following points:
