Moonroof Automatic Stop Function:
This moonroof system has an automatic stop function.
When the moonroof CLOSE switch is pressed, the moonroof starts to close, and stops once about 130 mm (5.1 in) before
the fully-closed position. When the CLOSE switch is released and pressed again, the moonroof will close fully.
MOONROOF OPEN RELAY

Control Unit Input Test
1. Remove the right rear pillar trim (see
).
2. Disconnect the moonroof harness 3P connector from
the right side wire harness.
3. Make the following input tests at the right side wire
harness 3P connector.
• If any test indicates a problem, find and correct
the cause, then recheck the system.
• If all the input tests prove OK, go to step 4.

4. Connect the moonroof 3P connector to the right
side wire harness.
5. Disconnect the 10P connector from the control unit.
6. Make the following input tests at the 10P connector.
• If any test indicates a problem, find and correct
the cause, then recheck the system.
• If all the input tests prove OK, the control unit
must be faulty; replace it.

Check for voltage to ground:

and the limit switch 4 ON.
Check for voltage to ground:
