STEP 10. Retest the system

Q:Is the check result normal?

YES:

The trouble can be an intermittent malfunction

(Refer to GROUP 00, How to use Troubleshooting/inspection
Service Points - How to Cope with Intermittent
Malfunction P.00-15).

NO:

Carry out the troubleshooting again.

STEP 11. Check AC outlet connector D-103 for loose,
corroded or damaged terminals, or terminals pushed back
in the connector.

Q:Is AC outlet connector D-103 in good condition?

YES:

Go to Step 12.

NO:

Repair the damaged parts.

STEP 12. Measure the resistance at AC inverter connector
D-128 and AC outlet connector D-103.

Disconnect the connector, and measure at the wiring harness
side.

Measure the resistance between AC inverter connector
D-128 (terminal No. 4) and AC outlet connector D-103
(terminal No. 3).

The measured value should be 2 Ω or less.

Measure the resistance between AC inverter connector
D-128 (terminal No. 11) and AC outlet connector D-103
(terminal No. 1).

The measured value should be 2 Ω or less.

Q:Does the measured resistance value correspond with this

range?

YES:

Go to Step 14.

NO:

Go to Step 13.

STEP 13. Check the wiring harness between AC inverter
connector D-128 (terminal No. 4,11) and AC outlet
connector D-103 (terminal No. 3,1).

Q:Is the wiring harness between AC inverter connector

D-128 (terminal No. 4,11) and AC outlet connector D-103

(terminal No. 3,1) in good condition?

YES:

Go to Step 14.

NO:

Repair the wiring harness between AC inverter

connector D-128 and AC outlet connector D-103.

STEP 14. Retest the system

Q:After the AC outlet replacement, does the AC power

supply operate normally?

YES:

The trouble can be an intermittent malfunction

(Refer to GROUP 00, How to use Troubleshooting/inspection
Service Points - How to Cope with Intermittent
Malfunction P.00-15).

NO:

Replace the AC inverter.
