STEP 8. Check multivision display connector C-07, C-06
for loose, corroded or damaged terminals, or terminals
pushed back in the connector.
Q: Is multivision display connector C-07, C-06 in good

condition?
YES : Go to Step 9.
NO : Repair or replace the damaged component(s). Refer

to GROUP 00E, Harness Connector Inspection

STEP 9. Check the wiring harness between multivision
display connector C-07 (terminal 61, 45) and USB box
connector C-135 (terminal 8, 22).

• Check the communication line for open circuit and short cir-

cuit.

NOTE: Also check intermediate connector C-15 for loose, cor-
roded, or damaged terminals, or terminals pushed back in the
connector. If intermediate connector C-15 is damaged, repair or
replace the connector as described in GROUP 00E, Harness
Connector Inspection

Q: Is the wiring harness between multivision display

connector C-07 (terminal 61, 45) and USB box connector
C-135 (terminal 8, 22) in good condition?
YES : Go to Step 10.
NO : The wiring harness may be damaged or the

connector(s) may have loose, corroded or damaged
terminals, or terminals pushed back in the connector.
Repair the wiring harness as necessary.

STEP 10. Check the wiring harness between multivision
display connector C-06 (terminal 84, 83, 82) and USB box
connector C-135 (terminal 16, 2, 15).

• Check the communication line for open circuit and short cir-

cuit.

NOTE: Also check intermediate connector C-15 for loose, cor-
roded, or damaged terminals, or terminals pushed back in the
connector. If intermediate connector C-15 is damaged, repair or
replace the connector as described in GROUP 00E, Harness
Connector Inspection

Q: Is the wiring harness between multivision display

connector C-06 (terminal 84, 83, 82) and USB box
connector C-135 (terminal 16, 2, 15) in good condition?
YES : Go to Step 11.
NO : The wiring harness may be damaged or the

connector(s) may have loose, corroded or damaged
terminals, or terminals pushed back in the connector.
Repair the wiring harness as necessary.

STEP 11. Check the USB adapter.
Check that the continuity exists between the front side termi-
nals of USB adapter and rear side terminals of USB adapter.
Q: Is the check result normal?

YES : Go to Step 12.
NO : Replace the USB adapter.

STEP 12. Check the USB cable.
Check that the USB cable is connected to the USB adapter or
USB box normally. Or check the USB cable for damage such
as bend.
Q: Is the check result normal?

YES : Go to Step 13.
NO : Replace or repair the USB cable.

STEP 13. Replace the USB box temporarily, and check the
trouble symptom.
Replace the USB box temporarily, and check that the sound is
output from the speaker.
Q: Is the check result normal?

YES : Replace the USB box.
NO : Replace the multivision display.
