Check the harness wire between the engine-ECU and main relay
connector, and repair if necessary.

Check trouble symptoms.
Measure at the engine-ECU connector A-121.
Disconnect the connector and measure at the harness side.
(1) Voltage between 76 and earth
(When terminal 80 is shorted to earth)
OK: System voltage
(2) Continuity between 75, 87, 88 and earth
OK: Continuity

Check the following

Check the harness wire between the engine-ECU and earth, and
repair if necessary.
