• Remove the relay, and check on the relay box side
• Voltage between 2 and body earth
• Voltage between 4 and body earth

Check the harness between the fog light relay and the
front ECU
Confirm the trouble symptoms
Transient problem
Check the head lights and tail lights (See Chart of
Trouble Symptoms)

Check the harness between the fog light relay and the
special fuse, and repair.
Replace the front ECU

Fog lights do not light up correctly
Probable Cause
If any one of the fog lights does not light up correctly, but the
tail lights and head lights are working normally, then there is
probably a problem in the fog light switch input circuit system,
a problem in the fog light relay, or a fault in the front ECU.

• Fault in front ECU
• Fault in harness or connectors

Check the fog light bulb or fog light indicator bulb that is
not working
Measure at the Fog light connector A-40 (RH), A-35 (LH),
or the Fog light indicator light connector C-108
• Detach the connector and check on the harness side
(Fog light)
• Connectivity between 2 & body earth
(Fog light indicator light)
• Connectivity between 48 & body earth

indicator light that is not working, and the fog light relay,
