THROTTLE MOTOR
1.
Remove intake manifold upper collector.
2.
Disconnect connector. Manually push throttle valve to ensure
that it moves properly from fully closed to fully open position.
3.
With throttle valve set at fully open position, apply 12 volts (DC)
across throttle motor terminals
