CONSULT-II Function

CONSULT-II INSPECTION PROCEDURE
1.
Turn ignition switch “OFF”.
2.
Connect “CONSULT-II” and “CONSULT-II CONVERTER” to
data link connector.
3.
Turn ignition switch “ON”.
4.
Touch “START (NISSAN BASED VHCL)”.
5.
Touch “IVMS” on the “SELECT SYSTEM” screen.
If “IVMS” is not indicated, go to
.
6.
Check the model specification, touch either “WITH SUNROOF”
or “WITHOUT SUNROOF”.
7.
Touch “OK”. If the selection is wrong, touch “CANCEL”.

8.
Touch “THEFT WARNING SYSTEM” on the “SELECT TEST
ITEM” screen.
●
WORK SUPPORT, DATA MONITOR and ACTIVE TEST are
available for the vehicle security system.

The system operation is canceled by turning ignition switch to “ACC” at any step between START and ARMED
in the following flow chart.
NOTE:
Before performing PRELIMINARY CHECK, disconnect IVCS unit connectors not to operate INFINITI commu-
nicator.
After performing preliminary check, go to symptom chart.
