Preparing new part

- Transfer parting lines to new part

and cut.

- Add approx. 10 mm (0.393 in.) for

overlap.

Welding in place

- At parting line, offset overlap weld

both sides, SG-continuous weld
seam (staggered).

- Align seat cross member, secure

and weld in, RP-spot weld seam.

- Weld in floor panel, RP-spot weld.
