Inspection
All SPX Kent-Moore tools and equipment are thoroughly inspected before
leaving our plants and each customer is assured of receiving a new tool of
equal quality and design as that furnished to everyone else. Every tool
must conform to rigid standards.
Returned/Repaired Goods Policy
1. All goods returned to SPX Kent-Moore for any reason must be
shipped PREPAID.
2. Please make all claims for SHORTAGES and DAMAGES within ten (10)
days from receipt of shipment. CLAIMS after this period may not
be honored.
3. To expedite return/repair processing, please include a copy of the
invoice and/or packing slip with the tool.
4. Drop shipped items should be returned directly to the manufacturer.
Please call our Customer Service Department for instructions on how

5. All returns will be inspected and must be received within 30 days of
invoice date to avoid a restocking fee.

DIGITAL TECHNICIAN
Digital Technician is a complete self-contained diagnostic system for
Harley-Davidson and Buell motorcycles that increases efficiency,
productivity and fix-it-right-the-first-time percentages. Operates on a
Panasonic Toughbook rugged laptop computer and communicates to
motorcycle through Kent-Moore TechLink interface device. Digital
Technician multimeter and accessory hardware shipped in a durable case
with a custom protective foam liner. Digital Technician and the computer
you select will arrive at the dealership together, completely configured and
ready for use. Follow Quick Start Guide and User Guide (both included) to
register software and begin to use. Technical support provided by Harley-
Davidson, SPX, and Panasonic. Allow 1 week for computer assembly,
configuration and shipment.

Supports bike on the frame down-tubes. Allows easy
turning and moving of bike when disassembled.
Heavy-duty construction with neoprene swivel wheels
for due minimal rolling effort. Wide range of applications
to adjustability. Dolly base width adjusts from 13" to 20".
Height adjusts from 12" to 15". Four tie down attachment
points allow bike to be securely strapped for stability.
Rubber pads at each frame contact point protect bike
paint and finish.Use HD-45968 Fat Jack to raise bike
and slide Shop Dolly around Fat Jack and under bike
frame. Lower and remove Fat Jack. Bike can be now
easily rolled on shop floor.
