Rear Suspension - Damper

Removal and Installation

Removal

1. Raise and support the vehicle.

For additional information, refer to:

Lifting

(100-02 Jacking and Lifting,

Description and Operation).

2. Detach the damper.

3. Remove the damper.

Installation

• NOTE: The final tightening of the rear suspension components must be carried out with the vehicle on its wheels.

1. Install the damper.

2. Attach the damper.

• NOTE: Carry out final tightening of the rear suspension components.

3. Tighten to 25 Nm.

4. Tighten to 130 Nm.

Rear Suspension - Front Lower Arm4-Door

Removal and Installation

Removal

1. Raise and support the vehicle.

For additional information, refer to:

(100-02 Jacking and Lifting,

Description and Operation).

2. Detach the front lower arm.

3. Remove the front lower arm.

Installation

• NOTE: The final tightening of the rear suspension components must be carried out with the vehicle on its wheels.

1. Install the front lower arm.

2. Attach the front lower arm.

3. Lower the vehicle.

4. Tighten to 124 Nm.

5. Tighten to 124 Nm.
