< DTC/CIRCUIT DIAGNOSIS >
POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT
1.
CHECK FUSE AND FUSIBLE LINK
Check that the following fuse and fusible link are not blown.
Is the fuse or fusible link blown?
YES
>> Replace the blown fuse or fusible link after repairing the affected circuit.
NO
>> GO TO 2
2.
CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT
1. Disconnect BCM connector M81.
2. Check voltage between BCM connector M81 terminals 131, 139 and ground.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
>> GO TO 3
NO
>> Repair or replace harness or connectors.
3.
CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT
Check continuity between BCM connector M81 terminals 134, 143 and ground.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
>> Inspection End.
NO
>> Repair or replace harness or connectors.

Regarding Wiring Diagram information, refer to

1.
CHECK METER ILLUMINATION CONTROL SWITCH SIGNAL
1. Turn ignition switch ON.
2. Check voltage between the following terminals of the illumination control switch harness connector M113.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
>> Inspection End.
NO
>> GO TO 2.
2.
CHECK METER ILLUMINATION CONTROL SWITCH CIRCUIT
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect combination meter harness connector M23 and illumination control switch harness connector
M113.
3. Check continuity between combination meter harness connector M23 and illumination control switch har-
ness connector M113.
4. Check continuity between combination meter harness connector and ground.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
>> Check illumination control switch. Refer to
MWI-61, "Component Inspection"
NO
>> Repair or replace harness or connector.

CHECK TRIP RESET SWITCH SIGNAL
1. Turn ignition switch ON.
2. Check voltage between the following terminals of the trip reset switch harness connector M140.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
>> Inspection End.
NO
>> GO TO 2.

CHECK TRIP RESET SWITCH CIRCUIT
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect combination meter harness connector M23 and trip reset switch harness connector M140.
3. Check continuity between combination meter harness connector M23 and trip reset switch harness con-
nector M140.
4. Check continuity between combination meter harness connector and ground.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
>> Check the trip reset switch. Refer to
MWI-63, "Component Inspection"

NO
>> Repair or replace harness or connectors.
