Check encoder (driver side) circuit.

Refer to

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> GO TO 2.

NO

>> Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

CONFIRM THE OPERATION

Confirm the operation again.
Is the inspection result normal?

YES
