FRONT FILLET MOLDING : Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

1.

Remove front mudguard. Refer to

EXT-30, "FRONT MUDGUARD : Removal and Installation"

. (if

equipped)

2.

Remove front fillet molding fixing screws

and clip

.

3.

Remove front fillet molding fixing clips of front side according to
the numerical order 1

→

2 as shown in the figure.

4.

Apply protective tapes (A) on the part to protect it from damage.

5.

Remove front fillet molding fixing clips using a remover tool (A),
and then remove front fillet molding.

6.

Remove the following parts after removing front fillet molding.

• Grommet.
• Screw grommet.

INSTALLATION

Note the following items, and then install in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:

• When installing front fillet molding, visually check the clips, then replace them with new parts if they

are damaged.

• When installing front fillet molding, check that clips are securely fitted in fender panel holes, and

then press them in.

REMOVAL

1.

Remove rear mudguard. Refer to

EXT-30, "REAR MUDGUARD : Removal and Installation"

. (if equipped)

2.

Remove rear fillet molding fixing screws

.

3.

Remove rear fillet molding fixing clips of rear side according to
the numerical order 1

2 as shown in the figure.

4.

Apply protective tapes (A) on the part to protect it from damage.

5.

Remove rear fillet molding fixing clips using a remover tool (A),
and then remove rear fillet molding.

6.

Remove the following parts after removing rear fillet molding.
• Grommet.
• Screw grommet.

INSTALLATION

Note the following items, and then install in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:

• When installing rear fillet molding, visually check the clips, then replace them with new parts if they

are damaged.

• When installing rear fillet molding, check that clips are securely fitted in panel holes on body, and

then press them in.
