Open the front compartment cover.

2.

Mark below the mounting bolts of front fender.

3.

Remove four mounting bolts on both left and right
sides.

4.

Two persons work together to lift the front
compartment cover down.

The adjustment direction of front compartment
cover is shown in the figure.

2.

As shown in the figure, clearance between left/right
side of the cover and fender shall meet the
requirements.

3.

Adjust the height of pad and ensure the height of
both fender and cover meet the requirements after
the closing of front compartment cover.

Remove the lock body of front compartment cover.

2.

Remove mounting bolts for radiator core bracket.

3.

Remove mounting bolts for radiator core bracket.

Installation

Install it in reverse order of removal.
