2). Remove 15 fixed bolts of left/right housing

△ Caution Two bolts shown in the figure is hidden, please don’t leave out!

3). Remove fixed bolt of air duct guard plate, and take down air duct guard plate;

4). Remove fixed bolt of heater water pipe clamp, and take down water pipe clamp;

5). Separate left and right housing, and take down air duct;

6). Pull out temperature sensor bulb;

（II）Installation

1. Install evaporator core assembly

1). Place evaporator core assembly to installation position, and install temperature sensor bulb;

2). Install air duct assembly, and install left and right housing;

3). Install 15 fixed bolts of left and right housing;

△ Caution Two bolts shown in the figure is hidden, please don’t leave out!

4). Install water pipe clamp, and tighten fixed bolt of heater water pipe clamp；

5). Install air duct guard plate, tighten fixed bolt of air duct guard plate;

6). Install air duct connecting rod;

（I）Removal

1. Open engine hood cover

2. Disconnect negative electrode of battery Refer to “Disconnection and connection of battery cable”

3. Recycle refrigerant, refrigeration oil Refer to “Refrigerant, refrigeration oil”

4. Discharge engine coolant Refer to “Replacement of engine coolant”

5. Remove upper cover plate of front bumper Refer to “Upper cover plate of front bumper”

6. Remove front bumper assembly Refer to “Front bumper”

7. Remove ventilation hose of radiator Refer to “Ventilation hose of radiator”

8. Remove left front hood of engine Refer to “Left front hood of engine”

9. Remove right front hood of engine Refer to “Right front hood of engine”

10. Remove radiator fan assembly Refer to “radiator fan assembly”

11. Remove radiator assembly Refer to “Radiator assembly”

12. Remove condenser

1). Remove fixed nut of exhausting pipe assembly and condenser assembly;

2). Remove fixed nut of pipe and expansion valve assembly and condenser assembly;

3). Remove fixed bolt of right side of condenser and front module;

4). Remove fixed bolt of left side of condenser and front module;

5). Take out condenser assembly;

（II）Installation

1. Install condenser

1). Place condenser assembly to installation position, and tighten left and right installation bolt of condenser;

2). Tighten fixed nut of exhausting pipe assembly and condenser assembly;

3). Tighten fixed nut of pipe and expansion valve assembly and condenser assembly;

2. Install radiator assembly

3. Install radiator fan assembly

4. Install engine left front hood

5. Install engine right front hood

6. Install ventilation hose of radiator

7. Install front bumper assembly

8. Install upper cover plate of front bumper

9. Fill engine coolant

10. Fill refrigerant, refrigeration oil

11. Connect negative electrode of battery

12. Close engine hood cover

XIX、Air Filter

（I）Removal

1. Remove glove box assembly Refer to “Glove box assembly”
2. Remove air filter
1). Remove buckles of air filter cover, and remove air filter cover;














2). Take air filter out from air filter cover;

（II）Installation

1. Install air filter
1). Install air filter into air filter cover;














2). Install air filter cover;

XX、Compressor Assembly

（I）Removal

1. Open engine hood cover

2. Disconnect negative electrode of battery Refer to “Disconnection and connection of battery electrode”

3. Recycle refrigerant, refrigeration oil Refer to “Refrigerant, refrigeration oil”

4. Remove engine right front hood cover Refer to “Engine front hood cover”

5. Remove generator belt Refer to “Generator belt”
6. Remove compressor assembly

1). Remove fixed bolt connected compressor and pipe and expansion valve assembly;

2). Remove fixed bolt connected compressor and exhausting pipe assembly;

3). Disconnect wiring harness connector ① of compressor assembly;

4). Remove compressor assembly and 3 fixed bolts ②, and

take down compressor assembly;

（II）Installation

1. Install compressor assembly
1). Place compressor assembly to installation position, and

tighten 3 fixed bolts ②;

2). Connect wiring harness connector ① of compressor

assembly;

3). Install fixed bolt connected compressor and pipe and
expansion valve assembly;
4). Install fixed bolt connected compressor and exhausting pipe
assembly;

2. Install generator belt
3. Install right front hood cover of engine
4. Fill refrigerant, refrigeration oil
5. Connect negative electrode of battery
6. Close engine hood cover

XXI、Compressor Bracket

（I）Removal

1. Open engine hood cover

2. Disconnect negative electrode of battery Refer to “Disconnection and connection of battery electrode”

3. Recycle refrigerant, refrigeration oil Refer to “Refrigerant, refrigeration oil”

4. Remove engine right front hood cover Refer to “Engine front hood cover”

5. Remove generator belt Refer to “Generator belt”
6. Remove compressor assembly

7. Remove compressor bracket

1). Remove 3 fixed bolts of compressor bracket and

engine, and take down compressor bracket and idler

pulley;

2). Remove fixed bolt, and separate compressor bracket and idler pulley;

（II）Installation

1. Install compressor bracket

1). Place compressor bracket to installation position, and tighten 3 fixed bolts;

2). Install idler pulley, and tighten fixed bolt;

2. Install compressor assembly

3. Install generator belt

4. Install right front hood cover of engine

5. Fill refrigerant, refrigeration oil

6. Connect negative electrode of battery

7. Close engine hood cover

（I）Removal

1. Open engine hood cover

7. Install central left trim plate assembly

8. Install audio assembly

9. Install audio panel assembly

3). Take down defrost air pipe assembly of left/right side;
