（IV）Maintenance Note

1. Before disassembling wiper motor and connecting rod assembly, ensure connecting rod stop at autostop position.
2. Before installing wiper motor and connecting rod, ensure to connect wiper motor and wiring harness connector, when

connecting you will hear “clatter” sound, it means good connect.

3. When installing wiper arm and blade assembly, it need to supply power to wiper motor, after wiper motor working for 10s, close

wiper switch by operating combination switch rightly, to make wiper motor stop at autostop position.

4. Wiper blade is installed to window’s fixed position.
5. If wiper blade work not normally, use good cleaner or gentle cleaner cleaning door window and wiper blade, and thoroughly
clean with clean water.
6. When maintaining washing pump, be careful not damage washing pump seal ring.
7. Before add water to storing box, check filter whether there is outside impurity or pollution. Clean filter if needed.
8. Before installing washing motor, check whether there is impurity or pollution, if needed, clean filter and wiper motor.

III、Front Wiper Blade Assembly

（I）Removal

1. Remove front wiper blade assembly

1). Lift up front wiper arm;

2). Press connection point, pull upward, and disconnect connection of front wiper blade and arm;

3). Take down front wiper blade assembly;

△ Note

Don’t operate wiper blade violently when

removing, or else it will damage wiper blade and
effect wiping.

（II）Installation

1. Install front wiper blade assembly

1). Insert wiper blade into slipping sleeve of wiper arm, and ensure to be connected in place;

2). Put off front wiper arm;

△ Note

Wiper blade installed to front windshield is installed in location point, which is installed in place.

IV、Front Wiper Arm Assembly

（I）Removal

1. Remove front wiper blade assembly Refer to “Front wiper blade assembly”

2. Remove front wiper arm assembly

1). Pry front wiper bonnet;

2). Mark on front wiper arm and fixed nut, remove front wiper

arm fixed nut, and take down front wiper arm assembly;

（II）Installation

1. Install front wiper arm assembly

1). Install front wiper arm assembly and tighten fixed nut to marked position;

Tighten torque

13~17N·m

2). Install front wiper bonnet;

△Note First supply power to wiper motor before installing to

let wiper motor work about 10s, and then operate
combination switch to close wiper to let wiper
motor stop at stop position.

V、Front Wiper Connecting Rode Mechanism Assembly

（I）Removal

1. Open engine cabin cover

2. Remove front wiper arm assembly Refer to “Front wiper arm assembly”

3. Remove ventilation cover plate Refer to “Ventilation cover plate”

4. Remove front wiper connecting rode mechanism assembly

1). Disconnect connection ball head ① of front wiper connecting
rode mechanism assembly and motor;

2). Remove 4 fixed bolts ② of front wiper connecting rode
mechanism assembly;

3). Take down front wiper connecting rode mechanism assembly;

△ Note

Ensure connecting rod is in automatic stop position

when removing.

（II）Installation

1. Install front wiper connecting rode mechanism assembly

1). Place front wiper connecting rode mechanism assembly to installation
position, and tighten 4 fixed bolts ② of front wiper connecting rode
mechanism assembly;

Tighten torque

10~12N·m

2). Connect connection ball head ① of front wiper connecting rode
mechanism assembly and motor;

2. Install ventilation cover plate

（I）Removal

1. Open engine cabin cover

2. Remove battery negative electrode Refer to “Disconnection and connection of battery electrode”

3. Remove front wiper arm assembly Refer to “Front wiper arm assembly”

4. Remove ventilation cover Refer to “Ventilation cover”

5. Remove front wiper connecting rod mechanism assembly Refer to “Front wiper connecting rod mechanism assembly”

6. Remove front wiper motor assembly

1). Remove wiring harness connector ① of front wiper motor assembly;

2). Remove 2 fixed bolts ② of front wiper motor assembly;

3). Take down front wiper motor assembly;

（II）Installation

1. Install front wiper motor assembly

1). Place front wiper motor assembly to installation position, and
tighten 2 fixed bolts ② of front wiper motor assembly;

Tighten torque

10~12N·m

2). Connect wiring harness connector ① of front wiper motor
assembly;

2. Install front wiper connecting rod mechanism assembly

3. Install ventilation cover

4. Install front wiper arm assembly

5. Connect battery negative electrode

6. Close engine cabin cover

（I）Removal

1. Open engine cabin cover

4. Remove front washing water pipe assembly

1). Remove fixed buckles ① of front washing water pipe assembly

and vehicle body;

2). Disconnect connection ② of front washing water pipe assembly

and washing motor;

3). Take down front washing water pipe assembly;

（II）Installation

1. Install front washing water pipe assembly

1). Connect front washing water pipe assembly ② and washing

motor;

2). Install fixed buckle ① of front washing water pipe assembly

and vehicle body;

2. Install ventilation cover

（I）Removal

1. Open engine cabin cover

2. Disconnect battery negative electrode Refer to “Disconnection and connection of battery electrode”

3. Remove front wheel cover (right) Refer to “Front wheel cover”

4. Remove glove box assembly Refer to “Glove box assembly”

5. Remove front door threshold panel assembly (right) Refer to “front door threshold panel assembly”

6. Remove lower trim panel assembly (right) of A pillar Refer to “Lower trim panel assembly of A pillar”

7. Remove rear door threshold panel assembly (right) Refer to “Rear door threshold panel assembly”

3). Pull out water pipe sleeve, and disconnect connection of rear

water pipe and vehicle water pipe;

4). Take down rear washing water pipe assembly;

（II）Installation

1. Install rear washing water pipe assembly

1). Place rear washing water pipe assembly to installation

position;

2). Connect rear washing water pipe assembly and washing

motor;

3). Install fixed buckle of rear washing water pipe assembly and

vehicle body;

4). Connect rear washing water pipe assembly and vehicle body

water pipe, and install water pipe sleeve;

2. Install platfond assembly

3. Install front top light assembly

4. Install platfond handle assembly (right front, left rear, right rear)

5. Install sun visor assembly (left/right)

6. Install upper trim panel assembly (right) of B pillar

7. Install upper trim panel assembly (right) of A pillar

9. Install lower trim panel assembly (right) of C pillar

10. Install fixed bracket assembly (right) of rear seat backrest

X、Washing Liquid Pot and Motor Assembly

（I）Removal

1. Open engine cabin cover

2. Disconnect battery negative electrode Refer to “Disconnection and connection of battery electrode”

3. Remove front wheel cover (right) Refer to “Front wheel cover”

4. Remove washing liquid pot and motor assembly

1). Disconnect wiring harness connector ① of washing liquid pot and

motor assembly;

2). Disconnect connection ② of washing motor and front/rear

washing water pipe;

3). Remove 3 fixed bolts ③ of washing liquid pot and motor
assembly and vehicle body;

4). Take down washing liquid pot and motor assembly;

（II）Installation

1. Install washing liquid pot and motor assembly

1). Place washing liquid pot and motor assembly to installation

position, and tighten 3 fixed bolts ③ of washing liquid pot

and motor assembly and vehicle body;

Tighten torque

8~10N·m

2). Connect connection ② of washing motor and front/rear washing

water pipe;

3). Connect wiring harness connector ① of washing liquid pot and

motor assembly;
△ Note Before installing washing motor, check whether there is

impurity or pollution, if necessary, clean washing motor.
