a. Disconnect the W2 display connector.
b. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
RESISTANCE AND VOLTAGE SPECIFICATION
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
c. Reconnect W2 display connector.
d. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

A REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM DOES NOT OPERATE
INSPECTION PROCEDURE
1. CHECK SYSTEM
a. Check that the remote control operation of the rear system is not locked by the radio receiver or the
radio and navigation assembly.
1. Check if "Rear System Locked" appears on the television display.
OK: The message does not appear.
NG: RELEASE LOCK

OK: Go to next step.
2. CHECK REMOTE CONTROLLER (BATTERY)
a. Check that the dry-cell battery of the remote controller is not depleted.
