SOUND SIGNAL CIRCUIT BETWEEN RADIO RECEIVER AND TELEVISION DISPLAY
ASSEMBLY

DESCRIPTION

This circuit sends a sound signal from the television display to the radio receiver.

1. INSPECTION PROCEDURE

a. Disconnect the W2 display connector.

b. Disconnect the K22 receiver connector.

c. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

2. CHECK TELEVISION DISPLAY

a. Reconnect the W2 display connector.

b. Using an oscilloscope, check the waveform between each terminal and the body ground according

to the conditions, as shown in the table below.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (TELEVISION DISPLAY - VIDEO TERMINAL)

a. Disconnect the W2 display connector.

b. Disconnect the T4 terminal connector.

c. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
