Remove the bolt and mounting heat insulator

INSTALLATION

INSTALL REAR NO. 1 ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR

a

Install the mounting insulator to the transmission with the 4 bolts

Torque: for 2WD

40 N*m (408 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf)

for 4WD

59 N*m (602 kgf*cm, 44 ft.*lbf)

for 4WD:

Install the mounting heat insulator with the bolt

Torque: 12 N*m (122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf)

INSTALL NO. 3 FRAME CROSSMEMBER SUB-ASSEMBLY

a

Install the crossmember with the 4 bolts, 4 washers and 4 nuts

Torque: 110 N*m (1122 kgf*cm, 81 ft.*lbf)

Install the 4 rear engine mounting insulator bolts

Torque: 16 N*m (163 kgf*cm, 12 ft.*lbf)
