REMOVE PROPELLER SHAFT HEAT INSULATOR

Remove the 2 bolts and heat insulator
NOTE:
After the ignition switch is turned off, the navigation system requires
approximately 90 seconds to record various types of memory and
settings. As a result, after turning the ignition switch off, wait 90
seconds or more before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-)
battery terminal.
When disconnecting the cable some systems need to be initialized
after the cable is reconnected (See INITIALIZATION ).

REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY (for Regular Cab Standard Deck)

Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector
b
Disconnect the heated oxygen sensor connector
c
Remove the 2 bolts, 5 nuts, No 2 exhaust pipe and 2 gaskets

REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY (except Regular Cab Standard Deck)
a
Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector

Disconnect the heated oxygen sensor connector
c
Remove the 2 bolts and 3 nuts
d
Disconnect the front No 2 exhaust pipe from the exhaust pipe support to remove it
e
Remove the 2 gaskets

REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY
a
Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector

Disconnect the heated oxygen sensor connector and 2 clamps
c
Remove the 2 bolts from the center exhaust pipe
d
Remove the 3 nuts, front exhaust pipe and 2 gaskets

REMOVE NO. 2 STEERING INTERMEDIATE SHAFT SUB-ASSEMBLY

Put matchmarks on the No 2 steering intermediate shaft and steering intermediate shaft

Remove the bolt and disconnect the No 2 steering intermediate shaft from the steering intermediate
shaft

Put matchmarks on the No 2 steering intermediate shaft and the power steering gear

Remove the bolt and disconnect the No 2 steering intermediate shaft from the power steering gear
